Nice car with amazing comfort (First Car)

Review after 1000k drive.

Exterior European design, eye catching exteriors, looks compact but has lot of space, practical.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comfortable seats, Height adjustments and other features, powerful AC, information given on the console screen, it’s very informative, trip meter, short left and right turn indicator (Nice while you drive on high way and constantly need to show left and right indicator), opening and closing the window using the key. You can lock the car even while others are getting down. It locks down once all the doors are closed. Speed sensing door lock.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I am not much of an engineer to comment on this, but here is my personal view. Good pickup, smooth gearbox and there is no engine noise inside the car even at 120 KMPH.

Fuel economy: city – 8.2, highway – 19 (Both with AC on), city – 13.4, highway – 21 (Without AC).

I didn’t feel that confident at 120 kmph like I used to feel in Figo (diesel) (While driving figo (diesel) you won’t know you are at 120-130 speed, also to reach 120 on polo (petrol) u have to really rev the engine). So, advertisements are bogus. Take a test ride and then only decide on the car. I was told that I could drive the car at 180 and still it won’t feel a thing (Don’t know how much is this true).

Ride Quality & Handling In city the steering wheel has right weight. But on highway it feels a bit heavy especially when you are taking a turn (at 100 KM/h).

Ride quality is great. You feel secured. And you won’t feel the weight of the car despite it is heavy compared to other cars.

Final Words A complete package that will keep you awestruck at times. It’s up to you to decide whether to buy this one or settle for something else. But I would say, it will really make you think 10 times if you want to change your mind. If fuel economy is not on top of your list, then you should you should go for it.

Educate the car buyer properly on which car delivers what, I mean, if I am there to buy a petrol car what I will do knowing what is the top speed of diesel variant.
