GOOD CAR BUT A BAD BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES FOLK..

let me share my experience about my fifth car which is polo petrol CUP edition. i purchased the car on 27 June 2019. my first doubt when i saw the car speedometer showing as 8 KM that means which is already been driven. i guess the reading should be 0 KM i kept quiet dint ask anything to the showroom people or the sales guy which was a mistake. when i am paying the money i have all the rights to ask everything about my product. riding experience is good. looks good stylish single tone interiors. engine performance is good. now let me come to my buying experience. i brought this car from Hyderabad somajiguda showroom of PPS motors. my problem is with the sales guy. he quoted me 800000 and gave me discount of 50000. so the price came to 750000. already i had a car in my name so i said him that i will be taking the car in my wife's name so that i dont need to pay 14% tax. somehow with some stupid reasons he convinced me and i ended up paying 14% tax. so i got the car in 771000 with 14% tax. i requested the sales guy multiple times to give somewhat more discount but he dint agree at any cost. after some days some of my friends took my reference and went to showrooms of VW Hyderabad and they kept on bargaining and you wont believe they made the final price as 700000. it was so shocking for me to hear. i couldn't just believe same car same model 50000 difference. later they changed their mind and also i told them not to go for VW cars. later i went to showroom and questioned the sales guy but they gave some convincing replies which they are expert at. so i am very much depressed with the sales guy. a car which can be taken for 700000 lakhs i ended up paying 750000 and where i could have paid 12% tax i ended up paying 14% tax. which is really sad. so folks please inquire multiple showrooms before taking VW cars in Hyderabad. i still feel bad for that extra 50000 which i paid. that could be my 4 months EMI money. and another big complain what i have with the car mileage. it hardly gives 15 KMPL please folks quote me the rates for which you have brought VW polo comfort line CUP edition petrol 1.0 liter engine. i would like to know how much i got cheated
