POLO: WHY GERMAN CARMAKER FRANCHISES WORST DEALERS?

 

Exterior Good, appealing.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comfortable.

 

Ride Quality & Handling engine Pulls to a side.

FinalWords Service is too bad. No value for money. Delivery with delay.

 

Areas of improvement With this type of dealers, volkswagon may pack up soon. Better not to go in for it. I am suffering for having chosen to buy this car looking at its exteriors. I repent for my decision. When cars like Swift, ritz, figo etc were available, I went in for this car thinking that German technology will be very good. But how they have selected these dealers who were thrown out by other makes like Hyundai, Tata etc.

Service is just horrible. I had to wait for 10 days to get an appointment. Then another 10 days for servicing. What one has to do in the meantime?I repent why I have gone in for this car after waa 4 months waiting. Then itself my many friends advised me to go in for SWIFT. But swift looked like Jumbo, and Ritz bit frog shaped. Now I really learnt a lesson. I should have not gone in for the shape!
