Exterior Looks has been designed very dynamically and totaly european design. loos sexy, attractive and sharp.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good interiors, liked about automatic features of power door locks and good leg room in front but also crumpy leg room in rear seats.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy Amazing perforence, great speed and Best performence in its class. Providing me the milage of 14+ in city conditions and i m expecting 17+ on long routs.
Ride Quality & Handling Total control at the speed of 140kph. Great handling and its hydraulic power stearing is just amazing. smooth ride on chuby roads.

Exterior Very eye catching. paint work superior got teflon coating done from showroom.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Plastic etc and storage space good. The driver's seat can be adjusted four ways up, down front back great for a 6ft 2 inch man like me.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Low mileage gives 13 kms to a litre in city. The VW web site mentions 19 kms to a lite on a petrol engine. But that just does not seem to happen. I checked with the dealer and was told that 13 Kms was pretty good. But then contrasted with say the Wagon R or Zen Estilo this car is a fuel guzzler. I don't really mind since I basically wanted a VW-POlO for years and was always a fan of German auto engineering.

Areas of improvement Very shabby customer service especially Volkswagen South Delhi (in South Extension) from where I bought the car. I believe this is a common complaint.

Guys, I have purchased this car after a long waiting period of around 5 months.I would say these 5 months are worth for this German engineering model.I am fully njoying my drive with POLO .One weierd things we are noticing in Pune/Mumbai .There is big racket who are operating nowadays for black marketing VW logos.I tried to save it to large extent but couldnt save it. It has been removed from my car also from a reputed malls parking.So just a initial warning for all my VW lovers, take care of you logo

Exterior Neat and futuristic design, as always VW designs are long lived.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The seats and front console are beige and two toned, the company could have offered atleast few other colours. May be we can expect few other colours in near future. Driving comfort on HL is good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox In most of VW cars, high torque is with high gears. mainly 1st and 2nd is for vehicle initial movement, and 3rd, 4th, 5th gear torque distributions are excellent. The vehicle is very much stable at high torque and at speeds of 160 km/h. Fuel Average is of 22 km/l for Diesel and 17km/l for Petrol. (Fuel Economy differs for each driving situations and differs from driver to driver. The main concern in Indian situation is, we dont get good fuel in any bunks and if clutch is engaged unnecessarily- expect less mileage).
Ride Quality & Handling Test drove the vehicle on a hill station at Kerala, most of the turns are driven at not less than 45 to 60km/h. The full stretch uphill and downhll was around 190km. All through out handling was good. But during braking at high speeds of around 145km/h, i felt a clinging sound from the rear wheel area. Didnt understand what was it, but there was no oil leaks nor handling problem. The power ateering cuts at high speeds and vehicle is stable on road and not like Hyundai or Maruti variants. ABS and Fuel economy was excellent and should give a 4 star rating to the New Polo.

Exterior Excellent design and great driving experience, very stable at high speeds, excellent controls, after a long time we see an elegant looking small car on the roads compare to ugly swift, beat, santro etc.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Classic, stylish, elegant interiors with comfortable space for 5 passengers, rear leg room bit less compare to other vehicles of its class but ample boot space for luggage which is really a gift for a family outings

Exterior The car looks absolute beauty from side, followed by front, followed by rear. If you look this car fromrear, you may not find it as beautiful as I20. But from side and front its unbeatable. Paint quality is superior and you will feel it once you shampoo it and apply wax. Then it will look like a small high end car.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are lovely, great finishing all over the doors and dashboard. Very good plastic used. The front two seats are very cosy and have good back and thigh support. But yes, you may struggle adjusting your left knee while driving. The rear head rests are made too big I feel, you may face trouble while reversing the car. Also like to mention that AC is very good in cooling. And the car is very much insulated from outside noise.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine sounds very robust and tough. The sound of engine when listened from outside feels like a sophisticated machine. On Highways I got as good as 23 kmpl and performance was brilliant. The engine was comparatively cooler when I opened the bonnet and examined it after 250 Kms non stop. Seems like this is enough to prove how robust it is. On City, I managed to get between 13-16 depending upon road conditions. Pickup is bit of an issue, so its not as easy to drive. For diesel, the gearbox is not so soft. But once you become familiar with gearshifting, you may not find it a problem at all.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is wonderful, so do handling is. PS is very light and its almost no effort maneuvering the vehicle.
Final Words Overall its a good car for people not obsesed with pickup, but rather Handling and long term performance.
Areas of improvement Few things that can be accomodated with less capital investment could be

Look and Style Excellent.
Comfort Best when compared with Swift, i20, fabia.
Pickup I never thought 3 cylinder engine will be that powerful, considering the size of 3 cylinder, 75 bhp is more than enough.
Mileage I rather should not speak about this as I’m done with 524 km till yet and car is 2 weeks old but I know something that I have spent 3538.25 to travel 524 km so in short my average comes to be 6-7 per liter but may be coz it very new.
Best Features Front passengers seats way to comfortable, steering way to light, car literally floats, way to smooth, car is so silent that u have look towards the rpm gauge to confirm if the engine is on or not.
Needs to improve Spare Labor, rear seats leg room (But doesn’t matter to me coz I’m never gonna sit at the back, and it doesn’t matter to me if the person at back is comfortable or not Huh.
Overall Experience Car is dam awesome, I’m thrilled, I cant get my eyes of her, I’m obsessed with her, if u want to go for a car is premium segment go for this one with your eyes closed, she does speak on ur behalf, she is aggressive, she has her own attitude or I should say dominating attitude, when u park it anywhere, for me ur car speaks ur personality and kind of person ur, so if ur a toad go for i20, if ur dull go for fabia, and if urnot sure why ur so popular go for swift, but if ur kind of person who creates his own rules creates ur own opinion, does what u really like to do and make ur own way regardless million are following that same route VW is what you need.
She will never give u a reason to complain, speed breaker is too high, not to worry I’ll take care of that, I have no road available so any which way I have to get over the footpath to make my own way, not to worry I’ll handle that for u. seriously sayin she never complains.
Now after talkin too much about her let me get ur attention towards few things, she nothing less than a elephant, in order to maintain that quality for sure u have to spend money, having said that repair is bit expensive or in other words very expensive.
Now this being a two weeks old car and I’m talkin about repair this doesn’t sound good right but that was my own fault L. I took my car for stereo fit and that guy while connectin the amp drilled through the door for earth connection and while doin so he drilled through the floor wires, took it to vw has after that I started facein issue the door light was always on,
They took 5 hours to rectify the issue as I was neither sure if that is the issue so what they did they located that its coz of that particular connection and cable were touchin the car body coz of which light was always on, so they tapped that particular wire and told me that my car is ready, so at point of bill they gave me a bill for Rs 2000 to tape that particular wire :-o I was bit shocked but that they told me that We charge Rs 350 / hour for labour.
We worked for 5 hours = 350 * 5 = 1750 + 250 (for taping the wire) and they were nice enough to tell me that we have included the tax in this amount only so u don’t have to pay over 2000 + tax LOL they are so nice.
So basically guys my point is if 2000 was my bill for just to tape a wire what the future, no doubt I’m happy way to happy, and I have no regrets, but I’m talkin about u guys who are planning to buy this be sure even in future if u come across any issue and I they will spare entire day just to rectify that particular issue what u gonna pay as labor 8 hours * 350 = 2800 dammm
And yes good news is that there is capping on every service for labor that is 1600 which does mean regardless how much time they will spen on ur car labor will not increase more than 1600 :D. But if ur ready for these things Go buy it today, oh u can’t get it L coz u first have to book it LOL :D go get ur polo booked today it’s one awesome car.
