Worst Experience with Vokswagen and Dealership

Exterior Good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is not good on back. price space ration is mismatch.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox During slow down (highway and local) engine wents off and highly risfy to life. Fuel economy and gear is good.

Ride Quality & Handling Good.

Final Word Dealership, customer care and  toll free compliant call recording is never addressed. Dealrship customer satisfaction calls and records and wronglr recorded. (I've docs with me).

Escalation to Volkswagen Wolfsberg responds in 5-10 days and forwards to importer and action is never in place. Painful experience to witness that after buying 16 Lac of Car, there is no importance of customer complaints. Struggling for > 11 monts now and no action seen till date I am writing to you.

I asked to take back this car (no money taken back)...no replyfrom Vokswagen Wolfsberg office. Jetta is life risky on highway. No reply. Delarship test drive refused to acknowledge 'shut off problem' but off record agrees.

Areas of improvement Customer complaints must be given top priority with immediate action and treat India at poar with US and Europe.

German Highly Engineered Cars and Volkswagen name motivated to purchase Jetta Comfortline.During slow down engine went off. Escalation to delareship,customer.care and Volkswagen are in vain.
