Driving fun in small package

The look of car does not surprise you at first but its clean and simple. When you drive it you can feel that German engineering and handling which is impressive for a car of this size and price. You can reach 0- 100 kmph in about 10 seconds and when you hit that accelerator you can feel that shove in the seat. The DSG gear box is smooth most of the times and very responsive. The car built quality and ride quality is better than its competitors. The servicing and complaint handling is where Volkswagen needs to work more. I have had some problems with car headlight, stereo system and windshield glass automatic cracking and the complaints were not handled as they should have been. I have driven this car now around 40000 kms in last 2 years. Except for few minor improvements I think its a good deal and driver friendly car. Major pros and cons of the car: 1. Pros -Car handling -Smooth DSG gearbox -Responsive Engine -High Quality Interior -Stability at high speeds 2. Cons -Upper headlight alignment is poor for night driving -less spacious as compared to its competitors -Loud Engine noise outside car -Customer service handling.
