Honestly, I am a great fan of Toyota engine and almost all of their vehicles so far (both in India and as well as in Malaysia). In fact, I had driven this Toyota Hycross vehicle both at the showroom and then for a day from a close friend. Basis which when I went to book the vehicle they ended up refusing to take the bookings even a few days before. I felt so sad that such a big Automobile Company has such a poor inventory system or Production line. Because the waiting period is for more than 26 months they openly refusing reliable and loyal customers. In fact, I had booked the VX (O) considering their unavailability on the ZX (O) product line and paid the booking amount, however, their Sales started scaring me whether I can get it in 2 years or not. With this kind of a body language, I ended up cancelling the vehicle booking almost forcefully... I wish someone from the Toyota HO goes through my write-up. I have heard that they tried to increase their production line by 30%, however, it shows a Reactive attitude instead of a Proactive one. Never expected such lousy and unchallenged behaviour from such an Automobile Giant. Alas...

Good car, comfortable and feels good to drive, powerful engine stylish car with good economy. Good in both exterior and interior. 8 people can sit comfortably. The hybrid variant gives good mileage much better than expectations

Features are not well distributed across the variants... Between GX and VX there is 5 lakhs rupees difference.. Since G- SLF is only for fleet operators then one more variant in non hybrid could have been better with 1. SIX airbags, 2. Sunroof, 3. Touch screen and better music system 4. 360 camera.. 5. NO DRL To get a 6 airbags, Sunroof and other comfort features one has to go until ZX variant which is the downside. One more non-hybrid variant in that 5 lakhs gap could have given real competition to XUV, HECTOR, SAFARI etc.. So definitely it looks like XUV700 is still a better VFM and car for every budget...

Superb car. You can drive in mild to moderate areas but roads if you have fully driving experience. Hycross ZX -O variant have the sports mode and power mode too, which modes you want to use in bad road it’s your choice. Ground clearance is just sufficient for Indian roads. Really I have been enjoying the driving and riding quality of this car. Only drawbacks is lack of rain sensing wiper and window- glass closing and opening facilities in this prices range. Body built quality is tough. Toyota should built or improve the seating quality ergonomically since the human spine is like alphabet “S “. The lower back rest should little be raised, then no back problem will occur in long journey. This type of spinal ergonomic car seats are built by Honda. Car company.

Just Wow! Loving and enjoy driving it. It has been pleasure driving this and fuel economy is just mind-blowing. Comfort level is beyond expectations. It is so silent on low speeds and far better than other car in this price range.Superb Experience.

It is a hundred percent value for the money but lacks a few features and quality features such as the 360-degree camera could have offered a better quality, the infotainment system could be of better quality. End of the day it's a Toyota, meant for reliability. It does great with driving and has no faults or quirks in daily use. Maintenance is easy and cost-friendly. Toyota's service is unmatched, the service center never disappointed me in the past few years.
