Bad QC and Customer Service

I bought this car for upwards of 29 lakhs. While driving out of car for the first time, I noticed an issue in the gearbox, which I immediately brought to the attention of the technician at the Toyota service center. He said the issue would fade away after 1500 km, and it was nothing to worry about. It didn't, and I kept reminding the technician every time I came back for a service. Since the certified technician said it was okay, eventually, I gave up on getting it fixed. Later, the car broke down and had to be towed to the center. The technician who fixed the car said that the gear issue had escalated to this issue and again said that the gear issue was not fixed and would not bother me again. I was very tired of this nonsense and told him to say in writing that the gear problem, which I persistently kept reminding him about, would not occur. If not, I told him to at least replace the gearbox or the car itself because this is clearly a manufacturing issue. I am very disappointed in Toyota, its quality control, customer service, and service center.
