No Fun In Buying Innova Crysta...

I bought Innova Crysta 2.7v in 2018. Earlier I use to drive Mahindra Xylo. After driving the Innova I felt that the car is really very heavy to drive. The steering is not that smooth which it should be in such an MPV, considering the other MPV or SUV of the same segment. The gears are really hard to put and whenever you put first gear a sound will always come. Basically the Innova lacks in refinement. The engine noise inside the cabin could have been reduced at this price tag. Even after contacting MGF Toyota, Peeragarhi Delhi till date the sound in the gear has not been resolved. Just , because we have purchased this car that's why I am driving the car but somehow didn't find Innova Crysta petrol to be a real value for money car or a smooth car to drive..
