Rear seats and arm support v v uncomfortable for long journey

Stylish from outside and inside too, but if you are someone who travels on back seat and take long outstation journeies, this is v uncomfortable car, even previous innova had more comfortable seats I have 7 dtr crysta V model. Even arm support is so thin that after say 10 mins of ride you will start feeling discomfort in your arm and if you trvale for say 3 hr or more. You will feel either pain of numbness in your arm. Ibought this car in april 2017 and till date ran over 60k km. Now planning to sell this vehcile as i feel cheated in the name of toyota and luxury. I wont advice to anyone to buy this car unless you wanna buy for taxi purpose. Is anyone from Toyota listening? pls, make seats and arm support comfortable. Else market share will come down drastically
