      The car is a pleasure to drive. This is my first automatic car and I'm loving the experience. Have driven over 1500 KM on highways and have not really missed manual transmission so far. The power and manoeuvre is really good. I recently had a chance to drive an automatic MG AstorI(my friend's car) and I prefer the Hyryder when it comes to driving and comfort. Really love the look of the car... certainly looks stunning. The interiors are also looking premium and have a decent lineup of features. Cons: The steering could have been better. It feels tight sometimes. The claimed fuel economy is 27 but I got only 22 so far after driving around 2500 KM. Headroom is a problem for those who are tall. Absolutely no problem for me (I'm 5'7") and my family. Boot space is a compromise for this segment. Overall, loving every bit about my car and enjoying my ride.

      Large Boot space and 3rd row Foldable captain seats should be option available ! Also need more torque in mid range! Suspension is above avg. Does good in every terrain. better go for full Hybrid then only petrol or mild versions for long run if you're going to keep this vehicle for 10 years!

      Worst build quality, my brother took it on a test drive and Honda Activa (scooty) hit the car from the side, his scooty was scratchless and Hyryder was dented like some tin box with decolouration. It's a Maruti Suzuki tin box on wheels with a Toyota engine. Interior quality is third class, roof insulation, sunroof instrument, its shade, I mean, they had put the cheapest quality material on this car. While driving its body was making gruntling noises and the worst part is headroom, for which one buys an SUV, one decent size pothole and your head is smashing the roof. If you still want to buy it for its Hybrid engine as it's the most affordable hybrid car in India, go for the S variant, don't spend a penny more on this featureless pathetic build quality car.

      I have purchased Toyota but I get only Maruti Suzuki quality plastic and not at all as Toyota. It's important to make a difference but there is no difference from Maruti. As only the logo can't make any changes in the car. If Toyota wants to make a difference then they have to make more changes. So please concern my review in some modifications.

      Got my Full hybrid V variant delivered 10 days back and sharing my quick observations after doing two long drives covering 1000 Kms. This hybrid engine is very good in performance and Silent in nature, should be bit careful while driving it in neck to neck traffic conditions because of its silent nature and NVH Level is too low.. I could eventually see the electric motor support much while doing heavy foots either for a quick pickup or overtaking. Being upgraded from diesel engine to hybrid engine, it doesn't feels like driving a petrol engine, in terms or torque and power. The fun factor might be slightly less but doesn't compromise on , stability, reliability, Comfort and confidence. It does carries over all the stability and reliability that a Full pledged SUV;s like Fortuner and endeavor offer in that segment . Coming to the fuel consumption, based on my driving conditions, i got around 23kms in entire drive as 60% of the drive is on high way and 40% within city. As it is first hybrid vehicle , i have to adapt to a sedate style of driving in order to ripe out the full benefit of this hybrid engine. The turning radius is bit high and need t o plan and judge for you turns and cuts. I would prefer this SUV for anyone looking for quality and reliable upgrade in this segment. With all the above observations, to me it sounds like owning a Mini Fortuner.

      So I had a test drive of this car about a month ago and all the reviews on social media are half correct I feel. So let's start with looks, It looks stunning. Grand Vitara which is built for Suzuki is better looking than this but Toyota has a better interior. The colours inside feel premium. That brown-coloured interior looks superior. Touchscreen, music, digital cluster everything is nice and many soft touch material around the car. Of course, there are hard plastic bits but that can be ignored. Now about the performance Pick-up is amazing. Put your foot down and zoom. That combined power kicks in so good. That 1.5Ltr 3 cylinder is a beast. At first, I thought that engine wouldn't perform but it's amazing how they've managed to win it so well. There's not much engine noise in the cabin. It doesn't have vibration like other 3-cylinder engine cars. Electric power is used till 35-40 km/h after the engine kicks in. And it has regen braking and also it charges from the engine power. Mileage on this is claimed to be 27 km/l but in reality, figures are around 25 km/l I assume. And highways around 27 km/l. Comfort- Fronts and back seats are nice and comfy and feel body-hugging. Charging ports are everywhere, Ac vents for the back passenger, ventilated seats and panoramic sunroof, 360° camera, it's so well equipped. The only issue o faced at the back was the headrest. I'm 6.4 feet but a 6-foot head will also touch the roof. Boot space is also great even after putting battery packs below. We own a Toyota and I Assure you that Toyota has the best buying and maintenance, servicing experience. That reliability they have is just amazing. Beautiful car not much of cons. My verdict- if you are scared to buy an EV right now because of the infrastructure than this car has you covered. No other brand has a strong hybrid at this price point.

      Amazing performance in this segment, Nandi Toyota is the best place to purchase with so much offers. Best for rough use as it has the best suspension. It is the king of performance and no car comes close to its performance.
