Parts not available for new vehicles

We purchased in February 2023. On 21st may 2023 found that petrol was leaking , when car was started. We called the service centre and they took the vehicle that day itself. After examine they said that some bug or insect has made a hole in fuel pipe. They said they will replace it. Today is 17th June , and till date we have not received the glanza yet. When contacted , service centre has no idea when they are going to receive the part. What service is this? They don't have any answer. Is the fuel pipe that fragile for insect to make hole easily? This is my first and worst experience with Toyota. You please take back that vehicle for yourself and please pay back my money. When you bring to market a new vehicle , you should make sure sufficient parts should be available in market. If cannot, don't market such products.
