Car spacious but kotla,delhi outlet narrow

 

Exterior Just Ok ok.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space and comfort ten on ten, interior looks need to be improved, quality of plastic material used is pathetic.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Too small period to comment (purchased just 7 days back).

Ride Quality & Handling FEELS LIKE A LUXURIOUS CAR WHILE RIDING, HANDLING IS VERY GOOD WITH ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING. PICK UP NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

Final Words Although the period is small to comment but seems to be ok so far.

Areas of improvement Pick up, interior looks. I PURCHASED THIS CAR FROM KOTLA, DELHI. I HAD A TOUGH TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. PEOPLE ARE LETHARGIC AND IRRESPONSIBLE. AFTER COLLECTING THE BOOKING AMOUNT THEY NEVER BOTHERED ABOUT US. EVERY TIME WE HAD TO RING WITH MOST OF THE TIME, THEY HAD NOT RESPONSED. WE ALSO REQUESTED TO CHANGED THE COLOUR IN BETWEEN THE BOOKING AND DELIVERY TIME PERIOD WHICH THEY FLATLY REFUSED BUT LATER ON THE OTHER SALES EXECUTIVE AGREED ON ONE REQUEST ONLY.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH KOTLA OUTLET WAS VERY BAD. I NEVER RECOMMEND TO BUY IT FROM KOTLA.
