Problem in gear box

 

Exterior Exterior of Liva is good and looks different from other similar hatchback cars in the market.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Form inside it is comfortable and spacious but there are few regular features which are missing and should have been there.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearboxk Car is new so no comment can be given for engine performance but the main problem in the car is gear box. On putting reverse gear the gears are not properly engaged/disengaged and it gives a typical sound. You people are aware there is typical sound when gear is changed and the  clutch is not pressed fully. But in Leva that same sound is there even if you press the clutch fully. On showing the car to the workshop the company says that it is normal, It appers they do not want to recognise the problem as they have to repair it free. More ever the behaviour of compay is poorest and such response can be least expected from a compnay of Toyota stature. They are not responding to even my emails.  There are no contact address of their  offices in India. Service Centre is showing it's inability to repair the fault.

Final Words My advise would be to  avoid Leva as the company does not listen.
