Buying experience was not that great .Asked to pay entire amount before PDI.I paid more than actual price and later refund processed. Even PDI is just a formality and make no sense. Delivery experience was not good at all. No one made us feel that it is a delivery day. The executive who was with us through out the car buying process was on leave that day.
Interior plastic could be much better. No seems to be durable. Exteriors are pretty awesome and boot space is too good. I bought boot space trunk lid from outside and fix it .
Fuel economy is extremely less after 2 services .It's around 12 in city and max 14 in highways as per MDI.
Feels low on power sometimes while AC on.
Rest is fine.
Looks good comfort and space is good. Enough.
Service experience is not good at all. Every time I send my vehicle for service some problem arises.compnay Support and grievance escalation is good enough. They arrange home in case you are not able to visit workshop.
TMSC App provided is not up to date .
Over all a satisfactory product . Comfortable and stylish. Boot space is good enough for outstation tours.
Tata should focus more on customer experience in both sales and service.
