The buying experience was excellent. The driving experience is the best; this is the best car I have ever driven. The look is pretty good, but the performance is somewhere underpowered. Tata Motors' servicing is very poor, and the maintenance is very easy.

Driven 6k km,2nd service done. Poor engine performace.Even i cant take on my car from basement parking with 4 passengers. Engine and noise is giving a feel like i am driving an old model jeep.windos are giving noise like old jeep or auto rickshaw. Suspensions very poor. When you press accelerator, the vibration and sound is like tractor or jeep. Tata can make only tricks and heavy vehicle, can't make cars. Very bad experience just took my first car and very disappointed. Front dash board, window, windscreens are very noisy, giving uncomfortable feelings.

Bought this car 8 month ago, driven 7 thousand km.engine is too noisy, feel like old model jeep. Pressing accelerator is feeling like tractor or jeep.so much of vibration. Window and dash fitting is poor. Sounding like old jeep. Never buy Tata cars.

This car is worth buying in this price segment. There is a pick up issue in CNG cars. But as far as my experience is concerned, I have never experienced pick up issue in my Tata Tigor XZ CNG.

After Sales Service should be improved. During the purchase process, one needs to be very attentive. Because after selling products Tata Motors don't care about it's customers.

Buying experience is nice. Riding experience is also great and handling is also good, but long run so much engine noise is coming in cabin so bit irritating. Also rattling noise are there in cabin from dashboard when drive on rough and bumpy road. Looks wise i like then any other rivals sedan. In service Tata is lacking till the time they can not able to fix my said problems permanently. Very Practical & Easy to Drive: 1) Though buying experience was unpleasant as usual with Tata dealers, one will definitely like the product. Having a good product doesn't guarantee you on good sales, they need to focus on Customer Service. Until unless this improves one cannot be an leader in current competition. 2) Riding Experience - Wonderful ride quality and little improvement is required on front seats( very narrow seats) as it feels uncomfortable lil bit on long drives. 3) Very sleek and sharp design although there are some design flaws- Gap between corners. Not having much complaints on other aspects but can improve the tyre size and aesthetics part. 4) Low service cost . So definitely a pocket friendly car 5) pros: -Comfortable ride in city drive -Easy to ride -Value for money and no unnecessary accessories - Very much improved steering response compared to old tata cars Cons: - Need more punchy engine as some times I feel under power in traffic
