    Buying experience: I booked tigor xz+ titenium grey in January 30th in TC Motors, Chinarpark showroom in Kolkata. Sales executive person was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a great relationship with him. No delay in delivery. Also got enough discount as I bought a 2018 manufactured model. Tata motors finance also processed the loan very quickly.
    Riding experience: 1. Suspension: its scores 10/10 when it comes to comfort. Suspension is best in class. 2. Seats: seats are well cushioned for long drive. 3. AC: AC is chilling though the blower is a bit noisy after 2nd speed 4. Headroom and legroom is enough 5. Visibility: Visibility is awesome. It gives very confidence both in traffic and highway. Head lamp is powerful to make night drives easier 6. Storage: everything is perfect except, one liter bottle holder in front door pockets. They give 0.5L space. who uses 0.5L water bottle? 7. Music system: just awesome. Perfect partner for long trips. I never get bored driving my car. 8. Navigation: navigation is ok, but response is slow using android auto. 9. Vibration: people often complain about noise and vibration of tigor. To me, it is bearable and specially Music system is able to cover the noise when windows are rolled up. No major vibration in steering or gear lever.
    Details about looks, performance etc: 1. Looks: though looks is a personal choice, I felt the look of new tigor very dashing and it stands out in traffic where other CS dzire, amaze, xcent just fades away. 2. Performance: it is not a pocket rocket. Considering the price point, performance is adequate. Little lag in 2nd gear specially immediately after cold start. I did a 400KM long trip, overtaking is not difficult in highways but need to downshift. true punch comes after 2000 RPM. 3. Mileage: in city traffic I am getting almost 14 kmpl (according to MID). Actual mileage is 1.5 KMPL lesser than MID reading. Got 19.75 mileage in highway (80-100 kmph). It can give a mileage upto 25 if driven light foot within 55-60 kmph. 4. Build quality: though build quality cannot be judged by outer build. But its heavy door and bonnet gives me very confidence. Till the crash test results come out, no rating can be given. At least I can say, small impact can be easily absorbed without dent, this is impossible with any maruti product.
    Servicing and maintenance: I did my 1st service only and it did not have any major thing to do. I reported knocking in cold engine. They updated the ECU, and it worked very well. But another problem with burning smell after 70kmph has not been solved.
    Pros and Cons: Everything is pros to me. Only cons I can say, the problem with burning smell keeps me irritated when drove in high speed / rpm for more than 5-10 seconds.
