Tata Tiago xz is the best option to buy. Under this price range you will get all package of advanced feature. I have driven around 5k and still now i haven't face any issue. It has descent comfort seats, driving comfort, good steering performance, clutch travel comfort and all good. Only drawback of this car is it feels vibration under low rpm which is minor and less power although it is not turbo. But somehow you will get good mileage. I got around 20 km/l on highway and fully satisfied .
