Till the purchase, the sales executive showed great enthusiasm. After the purchase was completed, the response from the dealer, M/S Derik Motor was nil. I was informed that a technician from TATA Power will come to install the charging adopter. Nobody came even after 2 months. I informed this and the mileage problem to the dealer and the Tata service engineer. But nobody cared. The drivability is good. ARAI tested range given is 320km. However, the real-world mileage of 140 km is very poor. I thought it would give at least 220-250 km real-world mileage. You can't use the last 10% charge. After the vehicle is fully charged the display shows a range of 200-220 km only and not 320, km which Tata claims. Either Tata was misled or the dealer supplied a mid-range vehicle.

Amazing car in EV segment totally made for middle family who can afford this car. Mileage amazing per charge 300km interior so good , classy look , Maintenance service cost low.

If I can say about a car in one word is fabulous car for every middle class family. It's mileage is better than other petrol and diesel variant. I recommend to buy this car and enjoy the ride.
