Buying experience: Buying experience was amazing as it was my first New showroom purchase, and I have driven all other used cars before. I bought it on loan and the dealership helped me in all sort of finance and accessories with great deal.
Riding experience: Riding experience is very good and couldn't believe the quality of suspension and ride quality of TATA, it is good to use the care for on road as well as partial off-roading in countryside muddy slurry roads. we never felt any sort of vibrations and imbalanced body behavior. Never experienced the body roll in sharp turning areas of Western Ghats routes & hairpin curves so far. Best to handle the city traffic , no lagging in the power in lower gear ratios. Head Lamps (OEM Fit) are of good focus and good range. This is the Driver's Car it responds to the heartbeat of the Drive enthusiast. in In this range we have very agile and reliable masterpiece from TATA. I would rate 2 stars for Suzuki cars compared to TATA in ride and Built quality. Thanks for TATA the Indian Car. "Never ask your Car kitni Deti Hai, Ask Kitna Safe Hai". TATA is safe with my experience as one of my friend had a bumper to bumper collision in Bangalore and it hit with Baleno RS, The Baleno wanted to be towed to showroom but my TIAGO was the boss by just a bumper crack and number plate breakage. Got very good Fuel economy in Long drives.
Details about looks, performance etc: Looks are Good in this price range, You get for what you pay. U cant expect a Benz at the cost of TATA. But never compare Suzuki with TATA, TATA has taken its market share recently from its commercial vehicle segment to domestic. Performance is amazing, the diesel engine never makes u feel like its of 1liters. The torque is very significant and consistent for the mid field overtaking.
Servicing and maintenance: Servicing is very good, TATA service supervisors never put any burden on the customers like as usual other servicing people do. they wont tell you a series of components to replace if you have problem in any one part. Maintenance is affordable with hardly 3-4 thousand rupees initially.
Pros and Cons: Pros - Family Car, Very good Build quality, Comfort / Riding, Performance, Occupant safety, Good Leg space for rear passengers, capable for all terrain. Great Mileage if you drive technically. Cons- Less Boot space, Late responsive Touch panel infotainment, No accessibility for dealerships & Service stations in few regions, Less Stylish Alloy wheels.
