I purchased this car on 05/09/2014. Air conditioner stopped working after six months and there was leakage in power steering oil. I complained about this many times but AC is still not repaired after one and half year. From one month my car is in tata service centre Allahabad but still not repaired and now they are saying that your warranty has expired after one and half year while at the time of purchase they were saying that it has warranty of 3 years. I purchased it on 05/09/2014 but in tata service centre database it is showing january 2014. Now they are asking for 8000/- Rs. for repairing AC while car is in warranty. All this is happening after complaining to top officials of tata via email.Built quality of car is bad and tata after sales services is worst. company is doing emotional blackmail only and making fool to customers at the time of sell.Dont go on Leon Messy (New brand ambassador of Tata)or tata nano (to show that company is doing social service by making low cost cars). All this is on TV or newspapers.The reality is at service centre and after sales services and it is very hard to find parts of the tata cars outside service centre .
