      Infotainment is disappointing, the response, the usability is below average. There is no other interior color options available other than white which is very difficult to maintain. Exterior finishing is below average so is the design. There is a lot of scope for improvement. In fact I hate this design and wish they change it completely, at least the rear design. There are many pieces which are there for no purpose on the body. Interior space utilization could be lot better, no one uses the drive mode and there is no need of that knob in that place. That has to go. Charging a mobile is not easy. The rear vent is useless. Also I would love to have a flat floor like Altroz. Gear display is faulty in many new models at >80kph, for example at around 78 it would display 6, at 90 it would display 4, at 95 it displays 5 again etc. Service centers are not at all well managed, they don't listen to your issues. They are there only for the water washes. Even that too they do it with patches. If I have to buy a car now, with the experience that I had in last 1 year, I would never buy a TATA again because of the above issues, especially with the after sales services. They are incompetent, as good as non-existent. I think, now onwards we will see the downfall of the TATA brand if the experience is not enhanced, especially with the rise of the Korean twins.

      On delivery time two complaints reported to the dealer. A-C was not working properly. Damage is seen on the left side of the front light. After a few days, it's sunroof also not worked.. Totally disappointed with the car.. I think the performance and quality checking hasn't done by the company properly

      Pros. Value for money. Everything what you need is present in the xms variant of Nexon. You can add some accessories as per your requirement. . For my opinion is to go for Nexon xms. Best in segment.

      to all your points i have the following explanation , owning a NEXON XMA 1.2 TURBO for that value is great, IT IS LIKE HAVING A BEAUTIFUL,WONDERFUL, UNDERSTANDING WIFE, LIKE WHILE I AM GOING UP HILL WITH SHARP TURNS, I JUST TO SPORT MODE WITH UP HILL ASSIST, she, the car { both fell confident} responds and the steering too very sensitive{ unless u are fan of old accent huyndai} it responds well. given 215/ R16 tyres potholes at 100 kph don't matter, Giver 215 r16 tyres with 209 Ground clearance makes you really comfortable off-roading too THOUGH I MISS 4 4 WHEEL DRIVE, I have driven about 13000 km in 18 months on high way{ touching 140kph } at times , never ever felt safety issue as my wonderful wife understands my guy is good at driving as well the car is rated NCAP5 , THE SAFEST , I recollect me and my wife driving on highway ay 100 odd kph with heavy rain and wind, TO TELL YOU I WAS IMAGING A DUET WITH MY WIFE SITTING ON BONNET, ADD the GREAT HARMAN KARDON AUDIO,8 speakers noiseless audio, HOPE you get the scene guys, City driving is very easy to manoeuvre but the downside is 9.5 km/ ltr , I don't think a vehicle of 1260 kg weight can do better, ON HIGHWAY THE FUEL EFFICIENCY IS 18 TO 20 KM/ LTR I SUGGEST u drive in City mode in CITY, on highway drive in CITY MODE, SHIFT Eco mode while overtaking SHIFT TO SPORT MODE, It is more pleasure on high way with ur high-quality music, FEW CAUTIONS, 1, the rearview mirror is small, so a little difficult backside traffic 2, " A" PILLAR IS TOO THICK TO PROTECT YOU IN COLLUSION, SO WE NEED TO BE WATCHFUL OF WHO IS COMING FROM RIGHT OR LEFT TOO, KEEP WATCHING ALL 3 MIRRORS, 3, Breaking distance is 25 mts when you are at 100 kph MAINTENANCE IS MINIMAL IF YOU HAVE TAKEN 4 YR WARRANTY AND HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER INSURANCE have fun driving NEXON, DONT FORGET TO WEAR SEAT BELTS OTHERWISE AIRBAGS WONT DEPLOY IN CASE OF COLLUSION, HAVE FUN, SATYA adphotographer@gmail.com ENJOY YOUR RIDE

      This all started when the showroom people lied to me regarding the mileage is 16 kms and the mileage I am getting is 8 and also the showroom people lie to me that there is no bs 6 model launching and just after 2 months it launched. They also gave me a defected car which had dents and its from the service centre managers mouth.

      Compared to all small suv, this car is good in this price. And being a Indian we should go for Tata. And dark edition is also good, look is great. Base model prices are reasonable any one can buy this car.

      Being handicapped I purchased an AMT variant so that i can put hand controls and be able to drive. After a few months, the console started showing AMT Fault at random times and a strong clutch burning smell arises. In this situation car stops taking the load, it refuses to move and the transmission stops even if you put it on manual. This puts you in a life-threatening situation and for a disabled person, it makes it more dangerous. Imagine if you are on a expressway or driving on hilly roads like himachal. Initially, thrice they just cleared the fault code and did nothing. then they started blaming me for pushing break and accelerator together which was absolutely not the case. they changed clutch plats thrice within 5 months and upgraded ECU. the problem is not resolved yet. spoke to 10 different customer care persons, sent emails to their official customer care email id, and filed complaints on the consumer forum, but they were never able to resolve the issue. Worst of all is the attitude and behavior of Chambal Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Kota - Raj). They even removed the hand control that got it installed from the certified company so that i can drive my car, 25k is also wasted of installation charges. I would never recommend any handicapped or even a normal person to ever go for Tata cars, especially the AMT variant. The entire company seems clueless about how it works and how to fix it.

      The dealer really unprofessional we can not compare them with other brand dealers like Toyota, Hyundai...Delivery experience really very bad also after sales support is NIL. I bought Nexon XZ+ dark 12 days back from TERO Tata-Go Auto Delhi. staff are really unprofessional and never fully fill their commitment. also, Tata customer care is very irresponsible they also do not listen to customers. For the last 12 days, I continued complaining to Tata customer care and the dealer about some issues observe in the car after driving but both are even not listing and bothering about the concerns. I have tweeted also but so far no response.

      I bought TATA NEXON XE PETROL in just Rs 7.05 Lacs + Rs 0.35 Lacs All Necessary Accessories (After Market)=Total Cost 7.40 Lacs In this price we can buy only premium hatchback car. Great Pickup, Nice Ride & Handling, more Safty, Fit & Fine Solid build, SUV Comfort & Style, Best ground clearance in segment. Only drawback is low Mileage in comparison with any hatchback or sedan car. I purchased it with exchange of my old Hyundai I 10. The compny should pay me 25k-30k more than other companie's dealers. Overall I fully satisfied with my purchase.

      I bought 2nd hand but it feels like new, driving experience is very good its exterior look good but the interior have to be improved service cost is pocket-friendly pros are safety, and the exterior look & cons are some missing feature, that has to improve the interior.
