      Tata Motors service centre in True sai Works in Hosur is very bad. They are reacting like roadside workshops, no knowledge, no proper service, very poor behaviours of staffs. Very Disappointed.

Driving experience: The driving experience of the Tata Nexon is simply amazing. The car handles well on the road and provides a comfortable ride. The suspension system is excellent, and the car absorbs the bumps and potholes with ease. The engine is powerful, and the car offers a smooth and effortless driving experience. The gearbox is also smooth and easy to operate. Details about looks, performance etc.: The Tata Nexon is a stylish car with a modern design. The car has a bold and aggressive stance with a sporty look. The car is equipped with a lot of features, such as automatic climate control, a touchscreen infotainment system, rear parking sensors, and a lot more. The car also has a spacious and comfortable cabin, which makes it perfect for long drives. Servicing and maintenance: The servicing and maintenance of the Tata Nexon have been hassle-free so far. The service intervals are longer than most other cars in this segment, which makes it convenient for the owner. The service cost is also reasonable, and the service staff is friendly and helpful.       I bought the new Tata Nexon XMA varient on 3/8/20 In eco mode slight lag while shifting from 2 to 3rd gear in AMT overall i would recommend this car to all please do visit but never ever trust the dealership or else you will regret PDI is must and also before registering or giving cash to the dealer do find the month and year of manufacture as dealers will cheat you. I am happy with the performance of the car as it will provide a good vibe of safety while going on long drives at present am getting an mileage of 15 on XMA. Don't go for after market screens or display as it will destroy the quality of the sound which we get with the original product minute change will be noticed Overall 100% satisfied Tata Nexon XMA owner

      There is some problem in tata Nexon car, 1. Overheating, this is too scary, I faced it twice, first-time service centre told this is a software problem, and the second incident just happened today, let see their update 2. self cracking of windshield, I drove the car 19000 km so far and windshield problem faced twice

      Gear using space is very congested. Should be given some space. Air bags should be given four sides. The most thing is that meter screen is scrambled egg. Lot display. This is worse.

      1. Booked the car through Karnavati Motors, Ahmedabad. They surprised me by giving delivery within 45 days. Seeing the surge in waiting period for Nexon and that too the Dark Variants. The manager Mr. Vaghela & his buddy Mr. Solanki sent me the necessary pic's and intimated me on the documents required on a timely basis. 2. I happen to test drive the car and used my seniors extensively for about 300 kms over a week. 3. Looks 5* it's a driver's car* stereo and user interface could be better 4* road presence for the dark variant 5* mileage takes a hit driving in the hilly terrain and in short commutes 10-13 kmpl. 4 & 5 will update in Feb after it's first service interval.

      Buying experience- I am good with Tata Nexon except Tata service care. Tata need to improve Tata service centre, mileage is also good. My advise to buy new suv car go with Tata Nexon.

      Nice car at affordable price. I have purchased NEXON XM diesel car 2 years ago and I have driven more than 30000 km . No problem in any of parts. Still brilliant in performance and style.No issue or complain. Fully satisfied with the car but not from the tata services.. After all a complete package at right Price.
