Automatic Nexon is upsetting

I had purchased Nexon XMA on 13th Aug 2018. I had finished 4800 kms so far. I had below observations out of my experience Pros 1. It had good road grip and riding comfort is superb 2. The shock performance is superb. Bad road conditions dont trouble much as the vehicle absorbs major percentage of jerks 3. Internal features are comparitively good having steering controls etc Cons 1. The automatic driving comfort is not so good. Gear shift causes an irritating lag of few seconds which is really troubling 2. Mileage is horrible. In city traffic its only 8(in economy mode) even after 1st service. 3. Entering the car in Driver and Co-driver seats is troubling as the roof bend touches our head My 1st Service is good as the staff are very co-operative. My buying experience is not so good as the dealer failed to keep up his commitment on exchange value of my old car
