It’s been a week now that I bought the XZ+ variant dual tone mortician blue and would say that it’s a true head turner.
It drives great, tho the Diesel engine gives a little clutter which comes thru in the cabin in 1/2nd gear but as the speed goes up, the clutter disappears!
Pros— list is long and has been already outlines by dozen of reviewers !
Cons- 1. No telescopic support in steering column.
2. The centre reflective mirror is manual and not autodimming unlike its segment competitors.
3. For tall divers the distance between steering column and driver seat is less leading to minor injury every time the driver tries to get down!
4. The area with pedals is quiet cluttered and there is minimal footrest beside clutch pedal!
5. Touchscreen needs a software update to fix the bugs and the much needed and awaited CarPlay should be brought about now!
6. No centre light for the back row passengers which leads to dark surroundings in the back row and always in need of flashlight to find things!
7.atleast the driver side window should have been one touch up/down. 8. No auto OVRMs folding ! These are some minute things which needs to be fixed. These aren’t deal breaker tho, but comes handy in day to day life and make it easier.
All in all this SUV in my pinion is segment leading in terms of interior / external looks / driving / power. And you need to experience the audio, it’s just amazing . The people at Harman/ TATA has done a lot of work into it, and is purely noticeable in it!
