Many of my friends scared me with poor customer support from TATA dealers. However, the following reasons made me go for it and feel love for it. Excellent power, very compact and smooth steering controls, and a mileage over 28 kmpl. Moreover, the approach of Tata has changed. Seat quality/ Cushioning is also the major concern.Overall it's a good car. Cruze control is missing in all the variants. Leather steering will give a premium look. The drive modes are very useful, the pick up is superb in sport mode and even in 120 kmph you will not feel any vibration and sounds and mileage is also very good. My mileage is 19.9 in sport mode.
