Exterior Wonderful Design - Easy to dirve.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Marvellous speace and great driving comfort.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is excellent - Mileage is 26 to 28 on highways. It is for sure - depends on driving quality. But blindly you can expect nothing less than 23 Kms/Lt.
Ride Quality & Handling Very Very comfortable - I drove continiously for 450 Kms at a stretch - I have about 70% less strain than what I had in Maruthi 800 which I had earlier.
Final Words Please think Ratan Tata who is the most reputed industrialist, why will he give less quality product and spoil his name. I purchased Tata Nano Lx - 2012 Meteor Silver car about a month back and I am a proud owner of this wonder car. Dont believe negative sayings, just experience the drive and decide.
Hats Off to - Ratan Tata Ji for making this wonder car. Let god give you 100 long years.
Areas of improvement Without saying, Tata will always look forward to improve on this product as this happens to be his prestigious product. I wish to advice all the inspiring purchasers to blindly purchase this car, which will never disappoint you for the money you piad.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox:Tata has done lot of improvments in terms of engineering design and seat ergonomics .
Ride Quality & Handling:Very good.
Final Words:Very good vehicle in terms of money and features . Myself as a Mechanical Engineering background can bet that TATA has come up with a very good concept for those who
simply want to enjoy the life without any questions to rasie .... People can even find CONS in cars whose cost are above 1Cr .....It's all about the mindset ...
Areas of improvement
I have heared that back side dicky opening is being designed/tested and even shown in the AutoExpo and this feature will add another feather in Nano Twist ...
Pls keep in mind : Rome was not built in a day .. !! So as the Nano CAR ...!!

Exterior Looks great, but, lacks practicality.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Tough gear shifting for the relatively small car, difficult turning of stearing wheel that too front wheels not connected to the engine. Wobbles a lot at higher speeds of 60+.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Claims are great. I have done almost 2000 kms on my Nono. But, the claims looks like far from reality. An average of 14 kms. is just a laughing matter. Even autorickshaws give better mileage than this nonsense.
Ride Quality & Handling I enjoy the smallness. But, it stops there. It is just car, nothing more. The vehicle was more than 36 days in their garage in just 5 months. The repeated problems heating was not handled properly. And, they bored the customer with stereo typed SORRYs. Every one talks irresponsible when it comes to NANO. Definitely it is a black mark on the fame of TATA name.
For servicing and testing they used my petrol!!! And, still they said they filled the tank while giving back after all those tiering talks. And, how about my previous half tank which they used????
AND A PLEASENT SURPRISE: Even after repeated repairs, change overs, none of the fellows at TATA service are boldly confirm "the repeat / re-occurance" of the heating problem.
After a big fight, the dealers provided a courtessy car for last 5 days. But, taken back with half tank of Deisel in it!!!
Final Words It is waste of money. I still feel, TATAs would have stopped at 1 lakh only without trying on the cosmetic variations of CX and LX. The car doesn't fit on to Bangalore Roads. God shold only help to those who take the courage to drive long!!! My biggest stint with the car was 96 kms distance away from Bangalore on a fantastic NH 48. We never enjoyed the journey.
Areas of improvement Engine responsiveness, no quick heating, cool movement on city roads, no back moving on downs while starting at the signals.
Let the technicians understand that customers also have heads:
Ex.: For changing a thermister it taks 16 days!
Ex.: Water was present in petrol tank! That's why engine is getting heated and stops awkwardely. And, takes more than 28 days (barring 5 days of bodyshop work). And, just 900 meters it ran from the garage after 16 days of repair and stops abruptly.
The service people need to be quick and straight. If they can't do service within 48 hours, let them say it and provide a spare car to the customer as courtessy.
Compact, but not economicalLess spacious, no place for luggage, engine heats, irresponsible service, stereo typed responsesThe verdict:
Guys, buy this car if you want waste 2.4 lakhs or have that much of extra unwanted money! It is not a car! Full of problems add to vows, irresponsible service backup!!! We can tolerate all these only because it is our own product. And, talking about too many useless patents is all bullshit. 😱

Exterior VERY GOOD QUALITY FINISH JOB ON PAINT. DROP DEAD LOOKS.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) NO GLOVE COMPARMENT TO STORE DOCUMENTS. TATA SHOULD HAVE MADE ONE IN THE CAVITY ON TOP OF THE DASHBOARD, ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CAR. DRIVER SEAT BACK REST GOT BENT, WHILE GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE CAR, WHEN YOU NATURALLY PUT STRAIN ON THE BACK REST, WHILE TAKING THE FOOT OUT OF THE CAR.SPACE IS AMAZING. I TOOK 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING MYSELF IN COMFORT.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox FUEL ECONOMY BETWEEN 18 AND 20 IN THE CITY, WITH FAST DRIVING. GEARBOX VERY IMPRESSIVE. ENGINE TENDS TO GET HEATED UP AND SOMETIMES SMELL COMES THROUGH THE ac. I NEED TO CHECK THIS UP. I HAVE DRIVEN 9000KMS, AND NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER. LOVE THE ACCLERATION AND SPEED.
Ride Quality & Handling RIDE QUALITY, GOOD FOR THE PRICE. THE BACK SEATS HAVE POOR LUMBAR SUPPORT, SO LONG DISTANCE IS A NO NO. HANDLING IS GREAT. OFFCOURSE YOU HAVE TO GET USED TO A CAR, WHICH HAS ITS WHEELS AT THE FOUR CORNERS. TOTALLY DIFFERENT TURNING SKILLS REQUIRED. POWER STEERING ABSENCE MAY NOT BE EVERYBODY LIKING, ESPECIALLY FROM STANDING START. ONCE THE CAR IS UNDERWAY, SHE STEERING EFFORTLESSLY.
Final Words FOR DRIVERS WHO REQUIRE A PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR, LIKE MYSELF, ITS ABSENCE IS A BIG PROBLEM. I HAVE HAD A LOT OF CLOSE SHAVES WITH TRAFFIC AND PEOPLE. I WISH TATA WILL INTRODUCE ONE IN THE MARKET. THE C-PILLAR, BE CAREFUL. IT IS A MAJOR BLIND SPOT. YOU CAN EASILY MISS A PERSON OR TWO WHEELER, COMING FROM THAT ANGLE.
Areas of improvement PASSENGER SIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR, AC SYSTEM IMPROVMENT TO PREVENT AIR FLOW BLOCKAGE. GOOD QUALITY ARRANGEMENT TO FIT REAR TRAY, TO MOUNT SPEAKERS. GLOVE COMPARTMENT. ROOF RAILS. ALLOY WHEELS AS STANDARD AT SAME COST.
FANTASTIC SPACE, GREAT PICK UP AND SPEED, GREAT FUEL ECONOMY, FASTASTIC TO DRIVE IN TRAFFICNO ACCESS TO ENGINE OIL AND WATER LEVELS/DRIVER SEAT MADE OUT OF LOW GAUGE PIPE, BACK REST GETS BENTइक्सटीरियर/स्टाइल्स

Just got the deleivery yesterday. I am impressed on driving this car. Having been driving maruti for years. Nano is definately better than Maruti's 800 & Alto. The car can easily moves at the speed of 80 Km. AC performance is better than expected.
