My car driven in ncr for most of times.
In three and half year, it got six routine setvices and six time replacemnt of faulty component one or another.
At 44000 kms in 4th year, the engine gave a sign of faliure.. the engine oil consumption went upto 4 litres for every 2000 kms, at 52000 kms the car handed over for rectification at dhingra motors gurgaon. Now they plan to overhaul the engine.
So a car maintained at schedules at tata workshops. Needed engine overhaul at 52000 kms for no reason. Poor quality and bad service centre care.
The worst part is that tata motors is running from extended warranty liability. The booklet says that the claim can be as much as price of car. And the tata motors is asking me for cost of various parts like valves, many other internal components, machinign and lathe jobs.
