Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality is good but handling is scary at high speed (very bad breaks).
Final Words NEVER EVER BUY TATA PRODUCT. I had Wagon R for 6.5 year before buying this car, i never had any problem atall. I just getting it serviced thats it. But this car is a night mare. I went against my all friends and family members and brought TATA product. I wanted to prove that TATA is just like another car, but this car is a big insult to me.
I brought this car on 2-Sep-2010, you dont belive i been to service centre atleast 15 times in past two year. Apart from Engine all the items in the car are very cheep once.
My car used to give 14.5 in city and 18.5 on highway(with 80-100 Km/Hr on full A/c), later on the highway mileage has gone down to 17 on highway(with 80-100 Km/Hr on full A/c) and city mileage to 13.5. When i raised complaint to service centre they took me to test drive on (bangalore to chennai highway) with 18.1 mileage (with 60-70 Km/Hr on full A/c), and they claim that this is the best mileage that any manza can get and trying to convience me that.
Even when i am trying to tell them that i used to get 18.5 with 5 adults and lots of items in my car boot and with AC on with 80-100 Km/Hr they are not beliving this at all.
I really dont know what to do. If you want peace of mind then dont buy this car. 😢

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comparatively good from the other Tata Products.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Total waste, suspension produce noise just after 3 months. It drinks fuel like anything and ur wallet will be hit very badly.
Ride Quality & Handling Average.
Final Words Never go for this car or any Tata Cars...I didn;t listen to my friends and went for it and now repenting. If you do the same without caring my words then you will also repent big time. I am spending my quality 30 minutes in giving this feedback for you guys only so please be careful. they have worst after sales service. I have visited 6 times to ttheir service station to resolve a suspension problem and still it could not get resolved and i started accepting the problem and started ignoring it. Finally I am now contemplating to sale this out and go for a Hyundai Verna and why i am going for Hyundai because my previous car was from Hyundai and i drove for 5 yrs without having any problem and having a very pleasant services from their service depot. I was so pleased with their service staffs that i used to take sweets to their service station on occassions like Dushera & Diwali. Tata is a pian on the ass and don't ever go for it, they cheat customers like us to make money and buy companies like Jaguars. Go Hell Tata

Exterior Gets dented easily by small stone chips flying on the road. Back side looks cheap. Front and side look is good. Colors are good and lively. alignment is poor and awakword.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent space and comfortable to drive. Feachers are good but not reliable and have frequent problems. Fabric on the doors look ugly.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Poorly built quality, needs frequent replacement of parts, average 1 visit every 1000KM is must. I have visited 21 times in 2 years for replacement of parts/ service.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality and handling is good and impressive. THe vehicle is very steady on the road. Seating is comfortable. Has lot of blind spots hence you need to get used to it.
Final Words Very unreliable (unlike other tata products). Poor quality of parts. May be OK as a taxi.

Final Words Would recommend the car but for the service of its dealers and the lethargy of the customer support system.
Areas of improvement They need to be more customer centric and try to solve the problems of the customerse. The customers are not fools who can be ignored and taken for granted. The company does not respond and very smartly ignores the problems of the customers. I think TATA has no control over its dealers (at least the one I bought my car from) and they themselves do not reply to the queries and problems.
The attitude is - You have bought the car now go and take a ride. Do not disturb us.
I must have written to them at least 5 times and there has been no response. The dealer is trained enough to dodge all problems and make you feel responsible for the problems created by them.

Exterior The car has a fab exterior with contrast roof, chrome strip on the body and elegant colors.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Inside the car is way too classy. With leather upholstery and black and plaum interiors it looks amazingly clubby. Even the touchscreen music system, automatic climate control and others the car becomes a luxury sedan
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The Tatas have got the best engine a car can ever have. It's a true value for money car. The car gives an impeccable mileage of 25 kmpl on long drives.
Ride Quality & Handling The car is smooth to drive and performs well on curves. Over handling is nice.
Final Words It's a true value for money car. If you are looking for a luxury sedan in the price of a mid segment car then Manza Club Class is the car for you.

TATA MANZA CAR A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, COMPLETE LED DOWN:
Product default since manufacturing… Customer harassment mentally, physically & monetary.
It has been really bad experience, even after regular and timely service, problem continues & persists. The Tata Manza Car purchased in the year 2010 is defective since beginning…I have been harassed with the car as such every one or two months, the car is at workshop for repair of parts or change of parts may it be AC, LH, CCL, coolant box, ignition lock /choke, asyp-tail, assembly strut, ram power rap, steering problem, Clutch, suspension, noise in car, battery change in 2 years, so on etc... really bad pathetic car.
N no of complaints but no action, Tata Manza, Complete failure.
TATA Motors never thinks of customer only thinks of earning money not the trust of the customer.
Hundred times car is been sent to service cent'r/workshop but the first day problems still persist. Customer harassment. continues.
Its better to buy second hand car than TATA Motors/ cars. TATA MANZA oh my God ..what a Car to pull not to drive.

This review is after owning a Tata Manza for 2.5 years and 52000 kms of driving. It is a thoroughly useless car which does not even deserve to be sold in Indian market. My recommendation is to stay away from this car as far as possible.
Since the time I have bought it there have been niggling problems all the way. Over a period of last 2.5 years, I have had the speedometer, set of locks, indicator switch, fan motor, multi-function display, power window machinery, clutch plates, clutch cables and numerous other small parts replaced due to mal functioning.
To top it all, last month the car engine seized and was diagnosed to have back compression. I was given an estimate of Rs. 1.25 lakhs to get the same rectified. Inspite of having an extended warranty on the car, I was told that this would not be covered under warranty since the oil chamber has a minor dent. There was not oil leakage mind you. On questioning I was told that, due to the dent, the moving parts of the engine, which are 5 mm above the chamber, end up in damaging the complete engine. If this is the case, I would say there is a technical flaw in the engine. On Indian roads, a chamber which is 175 mm from the road, is bound to get scraped even on high speed breakers. If the engine bottom is so sensitive, a protective plate should come as original fitting from the company.
The car has been standing at the workshop for over 40 days now. After numerous inspections and follow up, an approval of Rs. 50000 was given by the agent an last week and I was told that I still would have to pay Rs. 80000 to get the job completed. This was to cover the consumables and parts which are under wear & tear.
According to me, these parts also had to be replaced because the of the faulty engine and should be covered under warranty.
All in all, I an thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the overall experience and now can understand why Tata motors are losing its share of the car market. Inspite of several advises from my well-wishers not to buy a Tata car, I still went for it and am now facing the consequences for my poor decision.
For the reasons cited above, even if I have to walk for the rest of my life, rest assured I vow hereby never to buy a Tata car again.
PS- The only good part is that the Dealership (Dhingra Motors, Gurgaon) has been supportive and honest about the feedback.

My car driven in ncr for most of times.
In three and half year, it got six routine setvices and six time replacemnt of faulty component one or another.
At 44000 kms in 4th year, the engine gave a sign of faliure.. the engine oil consumption went upto 4 litres for every 2000 kms, at 52000 kms the car handed over for rectification at dhingra motors gurgaon. Now they plan to overhaul the engine.
So a car maintained at schedules at tata workshops. Needed engine overhaul at 52000 kms for no reason. Poor quality and bad service centre care.
The worst part is that tata motors is running from extended warranty liability. The booklet says that the claim can be as much as price of car. And the tata motors is asking me for cost of various parts like valves, many other internal components, machinign and lathe jobs.
And if I agree, than I'll have a car with workshop fitted enginee, with overhaul in its history and torn apart resale value. NEVER EVER GO FOR TATA CARS the details of this car can be found at.

Pleasant, comparatively narrower external width this easy to manoeuver in tight situations.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Despite narrow body externally, internally this car has unbelievable seat width and of course rear passenger leg room is phenomenal for this price segment. Blue tooth enabled audio and hands free communication with cell or wifi USB. Steering column controls for top end as good as the best available in the market.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Dezire and Manza engines are the same though tuned differently and with different gear ratio and differential ratios. The car is really agile for its size of the engine. Easily gives 14~15 kmph in city like Pune and on highway goes beyond 23~25 km/l with constant speeds on level roads between 80 to 120 kmph at more or less constant speed otherwise Pune-Mumbai round trip including city heavy traffic gioves total average between 16.5 to 17.5 km/l. Gear box is good. Gear shift is easy. Heavy traffic entails greater gear shifts in diesel version.
Ride Quality & Handling
Excellent riding comfort, unmatched for fatigue free ride on long distance for the driver and for the passengers unquestionable comfort.
Final Words
I was ridiculed for going opting for a TATA vehicle as I have been a Maruti customer all through, but long wait for DEzire turned me for this alternative and believe me, this was the best choice as it turned out, much better than the Dezire option.
Areas of improvement
Safety belts should be heifght adjustable. Barring this nothing that needs to great changes.
Excellent fuel economy, good pick up, top suspension wont tire you on long drive.Safety belts should be height adjustable. Other than this really nothing goes against the car.

It been 22 Days by now I left my TATA MANZA Car to change the rear bumper in ARAS PVPV Madurai, TATA MOTORS committed to repair and handover to me in a week. There is no followup updates given to me, each time when i call to the service center I got the same message for past three weeks "Rear Bumper Not Arrives, We made Order and it will be shipped by this Wednesday and replaced by Saturday". Last message i got was "Bumper is not in stock and have to manufacture". Very curies to know is TATA MANZA Production Stopped? If you don’t have spare for Top Moving MANZA in TATA Product raises a big question on who long TATA can support for each CAR? How long we can trust you?
I approached the ARAS Sales Manager, he lethargically saying it will take 10day without knowing when I left the car and hide himself in Spare parts room. I then called to TATA Motor Employee, He was asking me to be polite and humble since it is my first escalation to him; Don’t you have process to follow up the orders made long back. So are TATA motors expect me to be humbly to each person I escalate up in TATA organization, Since because I bought your product?
