      I had a budget of around 20 to 25lacs for a bigger & safer SUV. After going through TeamBhp articles, I zeroed in on XUV500 & Crysta. I took Test drive of XUV 500 & was not at all satisfied with the ride quality. The gear shifts were very hard, body rolling was evident even in city riding. Suspension was very crude. I decided not to go with XUV500. Next I took a Test Drive of Crysta & was amazed by its drive quality, suspension, interiors, Electronic features like seat adjustments, back seat trays etc. Now my budget got increased to 28lacs & was about to pay some advance to book it. Around same time I just happened to read about Hexa on TeamBhp. So decided to test drive at Concorde motors, Mysore road. There was a XTA for TD which I drove for like 20kms. The suspension, driving comfort, power everything seemed fine. I sat in all the 3rows & found it better if not equal to Crysta. Came back home & then started the dilemma of which one to buy for the next few months. I drove all variants of both Crysta & Hexa. Some how my heart started tilting towards Hexa because not only performance was good, it was cheaper by almost whopping 7lacs. Friends started dissuading me from investing over 20lacs for a Tata Car. They gave all examples of failures including Aria. Then I spoke to Ola/Uber drivers driving Tata Indica Cars. They gave positive feedback about Tata vehicles as some of them had driven close to 3lac kms. Then I contacted my friend in Pune who has a Safari Storme. He gave positive reviews about Hexa. Finally I decided to go ahead with Hexa XT 4x2. This has more safety features than XTA or Crysta like TC, Rollover mitigation, ESP etc. The only negative I found in Hexa was the kerb weight which is atleast 500kgs more than Crysta. Booked the Car at Prerana Motors, Rajajinagar, Bangalore & on 23rd September 2018 took delivery of the beast. I have driven it for 19500kms so far. The vehicle is worth every penny I paid. This vehicle is grossly under represented by Tata themselves. The power, stability, cornering, drive comfort, road presence, safety it offers is unmatched in any car in this segment. I opted for 60000kms / 3 years AMC & my first, second & third Servicing cost was free.

      Me and my wife drove more than 20k km in the past 1.5 years! We find it quite comfortable driving in HYD roads. We drove several times to Vijayawada and Guntur and found the journey stress free. I am happy that we chose this over Innova Crysta.

      I had purchased Hexa May 2019 duel tone XT manual it is really very comfortable and excellent for a long drive, I had single handily driven more than 6oo kms in a day but still, I haven"t felt any tired in driving. I liked it very much it is better than Innova Crysta.

      Tata Hexa is Best in class in the segment very good exterior and interior . i loved cabin of tata hexa. This car is 4x4 option. In the segment of tata hexa the weight is 2.3 Ton Very good for Long drive Tata hexa manual version give mileage around 15km/l to 19km/l Tata hexa is a competitor of Hyundai Creta , Mahindra Xuv 500 , Toyota Innova Crysta

      TATA HEXA is one of the most expensive car from Tata. Hexa has prove its value that it is an all rounder car. It can handle offroading track easily. And it's worth to buy. Tata has given HEXA a very bold appearance and there is a massive presence of this car on the road. The engine they have used is awesome 2.2l varicor engine which produces 156hp and a huge 400Nm of torque and it weights up 2 ton. It has a mileage figure of 12-16kmpl . It has a very good suspension system. Even in a bouncy road condition you won't feel bumps. And there's a huge 19 Inch wheels with 245/60/R19 tyre which glue this massive vehicle on roads easily. This car is very stable at higher speed and thanks for the hydraulic steering wheel which feels heavy at higher feel. This car has almost all the features that you expect from this price range. You will get 5 inch touch screen infotainment system which has connect next system with 10 speaker JBL system with woofer and sub woofer . It has rear parking sensors with rear camera. It has got navigation system, cruise control, ambient lighting, automatic climate control, automatic wiper and automatic headlamps. It uses soft touch materials for the interior of this car. I have this car for 2 years no issues yet and I have taken this car in very bad road condition no issues found. This car still feel perfect. Pros - suspension, engine, quality, road presence Cons - electric way adjustable seats, Sunroof

      Buying experience: It was really Good. Staff helped me lot
      Riding experience: Smooth riding. passing through traffic is really good experience.
      Details about looks, performance etc: Look is great. Need to improve in bonnet and mirror style.
      Servicing and maintenance: Service is good. It depends upon the service station.

      Compare to other SUV segments... it's worth going with TATA HEXA ...I thought of going with MAHINDRA XUV500 But when i drive it once ..no more thoughts just go for HEXA.. awesome felling..!!
