Drove the Hexa for a Short distance, the car appears to have a good road presence. I have been an user of Tata Safari Dicor.
The experince at Concorde Marol has been disgusting. Was waiting for more than 30 minutes for the sales people to even talk to us. They were more interested in gossiping among themselves rathar than attending customers. However calling the branch manager (Who was absent that day) did not help either. He just did not respond to the call nor did he call back.
Espeacilly when Tata is investing so much in technology and bringing new models they should also focus on customer experience and ensure their front end staff is well trained and are more customer focusssed. Else the Technology investments by Tata will yeild only sub-optimal results.
It would do a world of good for Tata if they focus on customer experience and train their staff accordinglt.

Exterior Great Like it very much.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Low on storrage space for mugs, cell phones, plasticy door pads.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fantastic, very responsive. Love the sports mode. Braking is good too.
Ride Quality & Handling Robust and feel sure footed. Excellent braking and solid damping.
Final Words Nice package, go for it.
Areas of improvement There is a noise in the enigner compartment when I am cruising at around 1400-1500 rpm. This noice is pronounced @ around the same rpm when gear shifting is taking place. TATA service says not to worry and comes in all cars. But it is a little discomforting and noticable. Request Tata motors to study this and see how this can be avoided.
Plastics on the door storage box could have been better. No place to keep the mobile phones. AC fan noise should be reducted. @Speeds of around 100 there is tyre noise. Maybe choice of tyres would imprive this.
Automatic Gearshift, 20-80 rapid acceleration. Sports mode.No spaces for storages around the passenger and driver seats.इक्सटीरियर/स्टाइल्स
