Exterior The HEXA is a great car and have a awesome road presence. Thogh the car missing some very important features such as static bending hedlamps, etc but its great styling and looks mactches the road with any premimium SUV in this segment and segment one step avove.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Quality and finish of the appliances and interior is really great job done. Though the storage space is not very well planned and was needed some imporements but its quality is really good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Great engine performance in Highway where I have driven the car more than 500 kms its really feel safe, sound and gives you confident driving. But in the CITY my MT 4X4 version really give a tough task due to its poor performace in low gears. Fuel economy is about 8 to 12 kmpl. Yes the gearbox gives you real fight when shifting its realy long shifts. City driving is not at all smooth unlike highway drive.
Ride Quality & Handling Brakes are really good and give you confidence. Body roll is very lesss compared toits size and its nearest competators.
Final Words A very good CAR to buy. I did a lot of test drive in this segment which includes XUV, HEXA, Inova and did a reasearch more than 3 month before finalizing HEXA. reasons:
Areas of improvement Sunroof, static bending lamps, storage space calculations can be impoved.

I have purchased your brand. New product Tata Hexa recently. Now I curse my self choosing Tata with out hearing my well wishers advise. In this late hour of night with my two kids I was forced to travel in public coveyence leaving behind my vehicle at Thrissur. Very unprofessional team of service I got from Marina motors Calicut. After my Fist service engine error was displayed. That issue was finally solved by the Head office time. Today after the updation of Viper I drove from University of Calicut to Guruvayur temple. Suddenly it's stiring got stuck. When I checked Found the oil wasvco completely drained. When contacted the too free number they arranged a break downservice team who reached by 8 clock and told they can't repair in that time since the they don't have spare in stock. Then at that time I was forced to take public coveyence to reach home from Thrissur to Calicut with my kids. Being a Lady the strange situation I faced at that time with my kids I can't explain. Shame on this Big brand giving zero service and loyality to it's customer's. And Explain s why a Tata car owner became worth less before other car owners.

Drove the Hexa for a Short distance, the car appears to have a good road presence. I have been an user of Tata Safari Dicor.
The experince at Concorde Marol has been disgusting. Was waiting for more than 30 minutes for the sales people to even talk to us. They were more interested in gossiping among themselves rathar than attending customers. However calling the branch manager (Who was absent that day) did not help either. He just did not respond to the call nor did he call back.
Espeacilly when Tata is investing so much in technology and bringing new models they should also focus on customer experience and ensure their front end staff is well trained and are more customer focusssed. Else the Technology investments by Tata will yeild only sub-optimal results.
It would do a world of good for Tata if they focus on customer experience and train their staff accordinglt.

Exterior Superb Exterior look, solid and muscular vehicle.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) More spacious inside and better interior look. Captain seats are too good with middle row seat adjustment. JBL sound system is simply superb.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performance is same as Innova even though its 200 cc less compared to Innova. Drive modes (Comfort, Dynamic and Rough roads) really works well. Even though company says 17 km/ltr millage, when i tested at 140-150 speed i got only avg 11.5 km/ltr millage and with 100-110 speed i got 13.5 km/ltr millage. May be after first service i am expecting 14 km/ltr millage.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride qualirty is simply superb.
Final Words It is the best vehicle in this price range (19.7 lacks on road in Andhra Pradesh) I can say.
Areas of improvement They should have provided built in navigation system, the app(given by Tata) that should be connected through our mobile for GPS navigation is not good. Key less entry and sun roof should have been provided.

I bought Tatahexa against the wishes of my friends and honest speaking I have no regrets. I drove it from Tatanagar to Pune appx 1900 kms and I enjoyed the driving. The reviews I saw on YouTube seems to be biased. Hard steering, noisy engine, hard gear shift etc were all cooked up by the experts. Yes I feel improvment required in head light and also tatas need to get over initial turbo lag to make Hexa real SUV. I would rate Tatahexa as Superb.

Hi we bought HEXA XT in September 15th Hyderabad. From day of delivery of vehicle I am facing many problems like Hard clutch. When we change the gear it's getting noise. AC Sounds too horrible. Clutch noise. Customer service. No one is responding after delivery of my vehicle. I am trying to write down mail to Tata motors to stating the various points which I have faced. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) (9.5/10) Premium feel interiors with good space & comfort. EQUIPMENT LEVELS ARE HIGH AND WELL WITH IN COMPETITION. TERRIFIC SOUND SYSTEM WITH 10 JBL SPEAKERS. INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM SCREEN IS GOOD & WORKS WELL BUT SURELY SMALL FOR THAT VEHICLE (BIT DISAPPOINTMENT).
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Mileage what i got are : AVERAGE
In highway , @70 to 80 km/hr -- 15.6 to 18.1 km/l.
In highway , @ > 90 & above km/hr -- 13.1 to 16.3 km/l.
In Local Roads --- 12.7 to 16.2 km/l
In town & cities --- 11.2 to 13.3 km/l
HENCE FULLY SATISFIED WITH MILEAGE WHAT I GET IN ECONOMY MODE.
Ride Quality & Handling (9.5/10) VERY GOOD & PRACTICAL & PREDICTABLE (FOR SUCH HEAVY VEHICLE). STEERING FEELS NICE AND WEIGHTED AT HIGH SPEEDS & VEHICLE FEELS PLANTED EVEN AT TURNINGS AND AT HIGH SPEEDS WITH MINIMAL ROLL OF BODY(TO SUCH A BIG VEHICLE).
DRIVE MODES - WORKS WELL - EXCELLENT FEATURE TO HAVE.
ABS, EBD, ESP and Traction Control, Hill Descent control and Hill Hold are working adequately & quite well. GOOD GROUND CLEARANCE CAN OVERCOME MOST OF THE ROADS.
SUSPENSION IS VERY GOOD TO HANDLE OUR ROADS THAN MOST OF ITS COMPETITORS. 4*4 (ROUGH MODE) FUNCTIONS VERY WELL.
Final Words Stylish, practical, Well equipped, modern and value for money.
Areas of improvement
1. NO BUTTON START
2. NO SUNROOF EVEN AS OPTIONAL.
3. NO TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System)( USEFUL TO KNOW ABOUT TIRE PRESSURES).
4. App that supports I phones and Android phones.
The above are not compulsory but brings more to this wonderful car.
