Exterior Look is one of the drawback for Bolt. tata need to concentrate much more on this topic but compared to old tata cars the exterior look is better with flame tail lamp also rear spoiler tries to give sporty look to car. Front look has been modified with new grille,new projected headlamps & curvy bonnet design. These changes gives some stunning look from front. Back & side view of car not upto the mark.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Multidrive mode is excellent feature which help you to rap up ur vehicle speed in seconds. Good cabin space & overall comfort, harman system sound quality is mindblowing also inbuilt Bluetooth, steering mounted ctrls, seat height adjustments are added advantages for this price tag. Interior plastic quality is decent. Drawback is boot space compared to figo & tiago then bottle holders are not available.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Really Tata motors need to be appreciated for this new multi drive reverton engine. Smooth engine with zero vibration, good fuel economy compared to other competitors Highway eco avg:18.2km/l, city avg:15 to 16km/l, sports mode avg:13km/l. Most powerful engine in this segment, smooth transition of gears in all speeds.IF SPORT MODE IS ON we will feel like racer while pressing the accelerator. Engine calibrated for all drive modes accurately we can feel the difference & response in seconds.
Ride Quality & Handling Overall Ride quality is good,steering system is good with handy steering wheel & response of steer to wheel good, ABS braking efficiency is bit low compared to other cars. Vehicle cornering stabilty need to improve on high speeds.
Final Words Petrol car with turbocharger foe this pricing is chanceless because new turbocharger itself cost 60-70k but tata motors added this & made it very less pricing really Value for money car with best features.
Tata motors engineers given their best in this car but unfortunately brand name & old tata car resemblance causes drop in sales. Also service quality is excellent & customer care services are better.

Exterior It seems a absolutely new hatch and attractive design. Projector Headlamps, Flame shaped Tail lamps, sturdy looks put it differently from rest.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Regarding the space and comfort I would say, it is a Best in the segment. I tried the other competitors but the space and the comfort for the passengers are not that attractive. However, when I experienced Bolt, it gives me enough comfort, leg space, head space and easily three passengers can accommodate on rear seat.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is responding very well as of now. Multi drive function is also gives good response while on highways. The only worry is fuel economy. I drove it for some hundreds of kilometers but I am getting mileage in between 10-12 km/liter. Gearbox is also properly machined and assembled which gives you nice feeling while driving in city.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is very good. The features in the Top model is extremely amazing and new in the segment.
Final Words It is a worth for a money. You won’t regret after purchase.

Exterior Looks similar to Vista and that can be a deal breaker for many. However, that would be an extremely short sighted point of view. It has got a robust construction annd feels solid. Doors close with a proper thump and don't feel tinny.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best part of Bolt is the interior quality. Only the Hyundai does it better in this segment. Absolutely 0 rattles after having driven one for ~15k KMs. Harman ICE is simply mind-blowing. Bluetooth sync and steering mounted controls make life a lot easier.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine feels sluggish in the ECo mode. I usually drive in the default mode (CITY) as the sports mode is too to handle. The vehicle starts responding to the slightest touch on the pedal. Turbo pools from 1500 RPM, and hence helps in in-city driveablity.
FE:
City: varies from 10 to 14 KMPL depending on the traffic conditions. Stand-still traffic can bring the mileage down.
Highway: Usually cruise at around 90 KMPH, and the car has delivered ~17 KMPL regularly with AC on. Round trip tp Goa fetched me a mileage of 16.9, and believe me thats stupendous considering I was stuck in a jam before Pune for 4 hours.
Ride Quality & Handling Straight line stability is simply superb, owing to the higher weight. There is body roll when carved into corners. I take it easy going into the corners with this car. Guess higher stance is the culprit. Suspension is on the stiffer side, which makes low speed ride a little bouncy. On the good side, high speed handling is superb. Cross-winds also dont make any impact. Steering is very light at parking speed and weighs up nicely as speed increases. Inspires confidence to push the car to the hilt.
Final Words Its a brilliant value for money proposition. The only thing that has held it back is Tata's bad reputation and Vista-like looks.
