Starting from buying it, the process was good, the sales associate helped us in doing all the formalities. The only thing I was disappointed, I asked them for few accessories to be fitted upon delivery, but they couldn't as they ran out of stock that day. Look wise it is among the best in the segment with packed with features. I found it very comfortable and smooth while driving. The experience of driving is phenomenal as it offers you the confidence. The only thing , it makes sound as it is 3 cylinder engine and lighting could have been better, it is not at properly visible when you drive in the highways in the night. After 11 month of usage, it is now providing mileage of 18 overall, i hope it will increase after 3 rd service whereas it was just 15 initially. But I am happy with it. Talking about the service and maintenance, I have appeared for 2 free services. But they do nothing in that, just simple checks. They are more into selling their own thing at the time of service such as under body paint, ew, etc. Pros - good looking and attractive design - packed with features - decent mileage -amazing Interior design - strong built quality - last but not the least- the promise of TATA - Music system Cons -3 cylinder engine - lighting could be better - it makes lot of sound -very Less mileage in city
