Manufacturing flaws , hard gears , left drift and rusting

Buying experience was good, one thing I noticed while taking delivery of my vehicle was that there was a black sticker placed on the leather part of the gear knob, which I didn't remove for quite a while. One day it peeled off on its own and I found that the leather portion of the gear knob was abraded. To conceal that defect sticker was placed over the gear and the vehicle was sold to me. Driving was comfortable and the gear shift was smooth in the beginning but after 2nd service gear became hard and the shift feels rough. The vehicle drifts towards the left in a neutral steering position, which the service centre hasn't resolved till now, even after checking the alignment multiple times. Doors are so heavy that it rubs onto their own body floor creating scratch and breach on the painted surface, this scratch is prone to rusting if the vehicle is kept in coastal regions. The inner side of the petrol lid was having a part which was not painted during manufacturing at the plant. That part appears white, while the car is golden in colour.
