Final Words Bad dealers who decieve the customers and are one of the reasons for declining sales apart from bad after sales service as well as resolving customer complaints. In this field maruti is way ahead of skoda even though they are leading car mfg. In my case I was given a car with a defective front windshield and when I reported the matter to the dealer next day and latter to the company no action taken by the company nor any person contacted me. This shows the standard of customer care by skoda which are malinging their image. This is in case of a windshield which is only costing about seven thousand, yet they are not bothered.
Areas of improvement Skoda drastically needs to improve their costomer relationship on their own as well as after sales service, if they are really interested to build their image and increase their car sales. Small good gestures go a long way to improve customer satisfication and confidence, which Mrauti has done and is still continuing. This is because I have a Maruti car also, so I could compare the after sales service. I have purchased this skoda rapid on 29/08/14, however I reliase I have made a wrong decision to purchase this car due to the bad customer care and after sales service. Think twice before purchasing car from Skoda.
