CAR inviting perennial problems

 

Exterior Good.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Basic.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Bad.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Usual and nothing great.

 

Final Words The car has an inherent defect of a noise developing with engine speed. it irritates the driver and can cause accident. I feel it that way. Skoda India do not wish to recognise this problem and avoids for whatever reason. I guess the model is technically wrong.

 

Areas of improvement Customer service department is very arrogant and always avoiding. many customers regret their decision. no match to even Maruti which is handling such large number of customers across India. I have been pursuing this company to only inspect my car in my presence for last six months but alway sthere have been a resistance to do so. Instead they declare that the product is ok as they felt. This is unacceptable and now I am seriously considering taking recours eto law.
