No value to Customer word

OK car is good but customer care services and their responsibilities towards customer are nothing they don't value the customer concern the break down service is of no use .they don't listen in spite of saying about about the service centre poor performance they give our vechile at same service centre saying this is the nearest point.in the service centre car is left unsheltered ,summer sunny , and dust for 20 days in peak summer and don't know how many days it continues There is no update status of vechile problem unless u call back
