Exterior Exteriros are awesome people dont feel to take there eyes of when looking at first time.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior features are economical as per prices,enough space for a small family,good legroom for poerson of height 5.5.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine sound seems to be too high which should not to be a petrol car and fuel economy is very poor as said by renault it gives a milage of 24kmpl which was very attracctive to hear will be a main reason for indians to purchase but to my surprise i am getting a mileage of 9kmpl in city and 11kmpl on highway which is very annoying for me.Despite of my 1 st servicing also situation is the same.With reverse gear only 1 tail light is ON when inquired service centre says it is the designed that way.
Ride Quality & Handling Riding quality is super though I am not a speed freak I cant judge this column.
Final Words Request Renault Motor to look into the mileage as they are not keeping there words.
Areas of improvement Mileage and sound, Services centre SRI SRI SRI in hyderabad is very poor.

Exterior Very attractive exteriors. Even though I own one, I still couldn't resist gazing at other KWIDs passing by. Roof rails and few accessories would make it more beautiful
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The touch screen media/navigator, leg space and headspace are generous enough. Glovebox looks great but its locking is a failure. Seats are comfortable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Initial few days, had issues with engine noise and Gear-rod vibration. But as they say, you drive longer the fitter the car, its been smooth and wonderful now (Engine noise is still a point I can't right-off). Gear shift, clutch, brakes and accelerator are smooth and upto the mark. Steering Wheel is the one thing that impressed me a lot.... smooth, light and easy to handle.
I have seen few reviews on bad fuel economy but I think its because of their style of riding the vehicle. When I started it was 10 KMPL in city and 12 KMPL on highways. My cousin and me took it for 3 long drives close to 400KM each, which tuned it.
My Driving guru used to tell me that first few months (till your first service) you listen to the car then it will listen to you for next few years. So that is what I did, driving it with perfect RPM readings. Just before my first service, it was touching 20 on Highways and around 17 in the city(achievement considering Bengaluru city traffic).
Now I am getting around 19-20 in city and 22-23 on highways. (there is a myth my cousin told that it was vrooming at 27kmpl-which I am yet to accept)
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is very good. You dont feel that you are driving a 800cc at times. Ground clearence is very good but when 5 are in car twice or thrice it did hit the speed breakers.
You can run smooth on all the 'gaddas' in rain affected cities. Easy to handle while switching lanes and moving in traffic.
The turning radius is on a high side, which could disappoint some of us.
Final Words Finally, if you want to own and drive a new car that looks good, drives good and saves good (fuel and maintanence) .. go for it. The engine sound is not a thing once you drive.
If any of your friends/relatives/colleagues are owning it, ask them for a drive and try for yourselves. Don't try any demo car at showrooms as all of them are rubbed and rugged like a toilet paper. For me, I love what I bought. All the best.
Areas of improvement Better quality AC vents, dashboard, change Glovebox and the rear door kissing the front door issues(pure design issue).

Exterior It has got SUV like style. One of my friend actually thought it in MPV category.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Enough space for 2+2, suspension is a beauty, You wont be able feel the turbulance of driving over offroad.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is awesome, so does the fuel economy. Gear shifting can be a little troublesome during haste. Should have been provided with diagonal shifting for a car like this.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling is stupendous. the power-steering wheel makes it smooth handling car.
Final Words When I bought this car everyone around me told that I should have gone for Maruti-suzuki or Mahindra in order to get better service. But Renault Service quality made me realise that I made the right decision by choosing renault KWID over Mahindra KUV 100 or Suzuki Alto K10 or Celerio.
Areas of improvement Fuel tank capacity must be increased. 28 lit tank is not nearly enough with this powerful beast.
Should have provided with diagonal gear shifting facility. Should have SONY sound system by default provided. LG sound system is no match. Indian maps should have been provided by default at GPS MediaNav system.

Look and Style: In all the reviews, this vehicle is being compared with Alto, Eon etc but, in terms of exterior appearance and looks, Alto and Eon will not be a comparison at all. Kwid Looks very elegant, bold and very big in size, this is very much on par with Santro, i10, Beat, Celerio etc.
Comfort: The steering is very smooth and a pleasure to drive. A/C is also pretty good.
Mileage: Currently, I'm getting 17.5 Kmpl as per the digital instrument cluster in the city condition with A/C ON.
Best Features: Digital Instrument cluster with speedometer, gear change indication, trip meter, total fuel burnt, distance to empty, average mileage indications etc.
Overall Experience: Real value for money. I have gone for RXT Model and the amount which I have spent towards it is worth enough. It is preloaded with everything which is really required for a car in today's life. Touch screen system with FM/USB/AUX/Navigation/Bluetooth paring

Areas of improvement Locking of upper glove box & service support. Service support is must as most of te locations no service support. It will surely help to improve sales. Over all it is reqlly a nice & good looking vehicle & I love to drive. Iam disappointed by the service support what am getting from the dealer. Long way to go for improvement. Request more clarity & detailed explanation during delivery of the vehicle.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is good in this price, should be more good quality plastic in interiorr, comfortable front seats, good music, speed meter, navigation system, grab bars above seats should be provided. And I feel that less leg space for the back seat is there.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Some noise of engine at start and in slow motion driving at busy places. Fuel economy is satisfactory on highway but less inside the cities. Shifting gears should be more smooth and needs improvement.
Ride Quality & Handling Good feeling specially on Highways. Good pickup & you can drive safely upto 110Km/h.
Final Words Good Car in this price segment. Appreciable as per the price.
Areas of improvement Side view mirrors is big problem to adjust, Quality of interior plastic should may improve, engine noise at start-up and slow mootion needs to be attended. Grab bar/handles above all seats should be provided. Make more softness in changing gears.

Exterior Looks like a mini SUV. Externally adjusted mirrors even in top model is bad. Rear plastic bumper below dickey lead looks poor. Dirrerant colour mirrors do not look good at all. Overall though it have aggresive exteriror design, there is much room for improvement.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) My one came exactly as shown in the pictures on this site. Plastic dashboard looks okay. Door plastic looks poor. Have lots of places to for storage. Dual glove box is nice idea. Rotary driving mode change dial is user friendly. Seats are reasonably comfortable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Let me elaborate in details:
I have read a review about problems in AMT gearbox on a so called 'reputed' auto review site. The review said that the gearbox is cannot be trusted while overtaking as it can auto shift to higher gear as speed increase and reduce the speed of overtaking. This may put you in trouble. My experience is somewhat different. The road I tested my new KWID RXT AMT 1.0 is from Ratnagiri to Pune via Chiplun, Mangaon, Tamhini ghat and back on the same route. It is about 650 kms in total to and fro. Both to and fro trips were at night. Means I have started from my source at 9.0 PM both times. It took exactly same time as Google have suggested i.e 6 hours and 40 minutes for each trip. While driving in the ghat I was skeptical and influenced by the review I read but soon I found that there is simple trick. While overtaking when I put full throttle, it used to pass vehicle fluently that I intend to overtake. I have never experienced lack of power in motion. The power did cut only when I apply brakes and tried to crank engine again. That time, the response time is bit slow. Headlights are superb and fog lamps sufficiently illuminate sides of road. I could avoid a cute road crossing porcupine (and possible bursting my tire) because of powerful lights. The engine supplied enough power to keep me running fluently in all the ghats on my way. If you are new to the route I took, just look at the terrine using Google maps satellite view. Tyres of the vehicle are bit slim. As a caution I will keep my speed low on curves on rainy days because of slim tyres.
In city I have drove it in senseless traffic at Pune and low traffic at Ratnagiri both. Driving was a pleasure. I am too happy about the size of the car that did adjust in even cramped parking places. For me this car is comfortable in cities and equally on highways to drive.
Gear shifting is not as smooth as I have read. Lower gears did gave a slight jerk while shifting. Downshifting was smooth and could not be recognized. There is no indication on panel about the current gear and I never needed it too. electronic panel have irritating orange coloured digits and I would be much happy if they were light white. Speedometer digits are way too bigger than needed and lower indications are way too smaller than needed. I expect Renault to change sizes of those digits and symbols in their next upgrade.
Air conditioner worked good even in sunny days of April end. At night I had to increase the temperature by adjusting the temperature knob. Overall I am happy bout this car and expect to keep the car for next 5 years.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is sufficiently good to use this car for at least next 5 years for me. Seats are reasonably comfortable. There are no speed sensing door locks as said on the site.
Final Words Overall I am happy about my choice to select this car after comparing many others using carwale.
