रेनो कोलिओस [2014-2017] यूज़र रिव्यूज़

EThe Renault Koleos is not good vehicle for Indian ROad Condition. The Customer Care service is also not good. It does not value for Money which we are paying.

We are owning the renault Koleos Vehicle from 2013 Jan. We met several incidents, Battery Problem, Start up problem, and heavy manintenace Cost.

Moreover the Tyres they are using is not suitable for Indian Road condition, The tyres will get damaged even if you ride vehicle in Highways. My tyre get damaged within 6 months, 15,000 KM itself, moreover im using vehicle in Highways mostly, and in city very few times.

For this Price one can go for BMW or AUDI at little Higher Price. Because we heard from other owners of BMW an AUDI the service is Good. Customer care professional will do better service.

Chennai is the Headoffice, but they will not help for us , they will favor in Dealer side.

In photos they mentione the vehicle is good in Tough and Rough roads, But the tyres are not suitable, it get damaged even you drive is Highways.

Exterior I have purchased white color and Looks very neat and clean. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Driver seat is totally electrically adjustable, however co passenger is manual adjustment.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine pick up excellent, in auto mode however one can drive in manual mode, six gears give lot of speed with smoothness.,In manual mode change of gears in digital mode on display, you can put sixth gear at the speed of 80 km/hr. Fuel economy on auto drive is not more then 10.6 km/ hr including city drive.

Ride Quality & Handling Suspenstion are superb had tried driving off road and it proved as It has been described. Handling off road andon level ground is excellent. Being smart technology used for all wheels, steering is effortless and cruise control further add up a feather in cap.

Final Words Design has been a mixture of Nisan ex trail and Renalut Koleos so you can feel the flavour of Japan and France.

Areas of improvement Car should have provided with decent controland sun roof also the ground clearance with additional 50 mm would have been great, how ever it may be the suitable clearance to have the better control of this car.

Exterior Front real SUV looks. But can be mistaken for Duster. An SUV with aero dynamic flow characteristics. Very less airflow noise. Not many colour choices. I opted for black.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Have to appreciate Renault designers. No space is wasted. Every bit has a utility. Huge cool box which can accommodate 4 Kingfisher bottles!! Dealer given Map my India and rear view camera added value to the already feature rich car (SUV). Excellent seats. With grate all around view for the front seats. Back rest adjustable rear seats are very comfy. With tray table for the rear pax, all comforts are taken care. The Bose system is way above any sound systems in existence. You have to experience it to believe it. I am not a fan of sun roof, as I never even open the winnows in this highly polluted environment. Hence I was happy there is no sun roof.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Please test drive before deciding to buy any car. Every individual has different driving style and needs. I have test driven Audi Q3 and Senate Fe before decided on Koleos. It just drives like a car.

Ride Quality & Handling The handling is very good. It moves very smoothly. No surprises. It goes where you point it to.

Final Words No regret buying it. But don’t know about Renaults after sales service. I had Mercedes C 200CDI for last 11 years. I shifted my loyalty because of the service. Here I am taking a chance with Renault. Only future will tell the owning experience of a Renault.
