Exterior Elegant Design, Head Turner, Perfect fit n finish .On road price abt 15.5 lacs excl accessories (E2 Model).
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Somewhat Dull looks inside due to lack of Leather , Black fabric (requires leather covers). However very spacious(Wheel base 2703 mm/width 1813 mm).Although positioning of Start/stop button and parking brake is towards co driver side , getting used to it.Diesel roar can be sometimes heard otherwise quite calm inside. Glove box is too small.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Initial pick up is OK until u remain in lower gears.Once you cross 65 km speed and there is nothing to complain about.Overall FE achieved is 19 kmpl so far(600 km).hope it increases after 1st service.Gear box is good but the clutch is very hard to operate comparitively.
Ride Quality & Handling Excellent, Steering very precise and very light to handle at low speeds. Ride Quality is excellent due to 16 inch alloys and broad body design.
Final Words Good car to buy for those who likes road presence(size), Mileage & Safety concious
Areas of improvement Clutch hardness, to provide Cruze control and park sensors at this cost , Quality of accessories and service facilities.

Exterior Nice, exact french design,very good appaeal on the road, good fit finish including paint jobs. The headlamps and rearlamps looks diffrent.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is awsome, even for six feet guy can sit comfortably at rear even the seats are pulled back,good comfort, especialy rear seats with under thigh support as well.Many features are frech like audio controlls are behind the steering wheel.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearb Nice angine with variable geometry turbo, responsive, execellent fuel economy getting over 18KMPL at 2000 km, Gear box is a smooth. When the turbo strats the engine delivering tremendous power making whistles in higher speeds.
Ride Quality & Handling Very good ride and handling, especially with poth-holed roads and bumps.Drriven through all bad n hilly roads. Steering is a fantasic,Excellent stability at higher speeds and also well weighted one.
Final Words A very good European car with all practaicality for indian market like fuel economy, space, ride quality, ground clearence,and also french design at good price.
Areas of improvement In petrol version having all the goodies, but some of them are missing in diesel ,like parking sensors USB port .

Areas of improvement NEW VERIANT OF DIESAL IS ALREADY ON THE WAY BUT CERTAINLY, EVEN FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS UPGRADATION IN MUSIC SYSTEM ESPICIALLY RE USB AND SPEAKERS IS MUST. IM NT SATISFIED WITH WIPERS ALSO.COMPANY'S PR IS EXCELLENT BUT POOR DEALERSHIP IS A MINUS POINT.

Exterior Execellent. Nothing to complain
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very specious. Best cabin space in this segment. Instument panel is very attractive and stylish. I simply like it.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It will just say Wow!!!..amazing pickup and engine power. 106 ps for 1461cc engine. It's awesome. Initial pickup is little bit less till 1000-1500 rpm but I think it's applicable for every disel engine. You can't compare with a Petrol engine. Gearbox is really smooth and perfectly tuned. In city you can get 15-16 km/l and in highway 19-20 easily.
Ride Quality & Handling Again wow!!!...I drove in the Bangalore city as well as Bangalore-Hyderabad highway. Its amaging dear...easily touch 150-160. you will not face any problem. Solid build quality and amazing handling. Suspension is also very good in rear sit.
Final Words Nothing to complain. Only price I think is little bit in higher side. But if you want real driving pleasure and can spend 14-15 lakh. close your eyes, go for it.
Areas of improvement Nothing. only my concern is Renault network should be improved in India. Also they should focus on reducing the servicing cost. Renault doesn't have any free service. Only you will get 2nd, 10th and 20th service is Labour free. Servicing cost is approx 7000-8000 per year.

I bought Renault's Fluence in April 2013 from Renault Delhi West and within a matter of 2 months I have started facing serious issues with their after sales service. While driving the vehicle in the last rains supprisingly my car's dead axile got damaged and I had to call for the company's service vehicle to help me with the problem. No doubt their service vehicle came on time but i was informed that the axile needs to be replaced and so i sent my vehicle for axile replacement on 9th July 2013.Since then my car is in the company's workshop and till date the workshop representatives tell me that they are yet to receive the new part from the company's factory. It is shocking to note that the car which was launched years back does not even have a proper service support for the customers. Further I also noticed in the company's workshop that not less then 20 more vehicles are dumped there solely because of the shortage of parts. I drove the car only for 1782 kms and now my brand new car is dumped in the workshop till now. Now I feel that I have wasted my money in this vehicle and having such a bitter experience I very strongly suggest that if anyone is thinking of buying this vehicle then they should at least wait for a couple of years more till the time their after sales service improves else you ll regret the fact of wasting your money and being associated with such a company.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Intelligent car! Not a chinese gadget , sensible , responsive and ofcourse very cosy.

Its not everyone's cup of tea. Indian market likes gadgetory things more.....but this one has limited faltu things, only sensible controls !!

Very few indian car owners know about " Deadlock " feature.....this one has got it ;), Just love its engineering.
Areas of improvement Renault manufacturers !!! Start advertising this vehicle, no awareness into the market. Open more stores, workshops! I bought it on my birthday, august. I am in love with the machine since then! Go for black colour !! Looks simply stunning.

The style and look is great fuel efficiency good,driving comfort and road grip is superb
to show more legroom in rear they compromised on seating comfort,no thigh support bcos of less seat width we couldnt travel for long distance ,engine is not responding in hilly terrains,no usb port and rear ac . if u r the one to buy new renault u will be fooled by the company,bcos immediately after selling few cars they renamed the same version as 110ps and put the e4 shell inside if they call1461cc as1.5l whynot106ps as110ps if the company is geniune they should call back the initial customers vehicle and upgrede them.atleast they sholdnt repeat the same with duster.there is airnoise from both rear doors two of their dealers could not find the problem and fix it,even i registered my complaint with france people when they called me for survey,there is noise coming from boot too hope the responsible people r listening to the complaints pl dont take customers lightly.
