Exterior Very impressive muscular look.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good Interior however missing some basic features like clock on dashboard, bottle holders etc.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent so far.

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent.

Final Words My name is Ravindra Tailor and I bought Renault Duster in October 2016. I like this car very much even having 4 other cars. Renault Duster is my passion. I am really disappointed with the sale services I got from NCR Motors, Sohna Road Gurgaon. Sale team aim is to sell the car not understanding the need of costumer. Below are the issues I faced on this dealer point:

1.       No information will be provided by sales person for any new upcoming model/version in the car etc. even though you ask them. They just concentrate on selling the available models.

2.       Very poor response by sales team (Even don’t respond on calls after sale).

3.       Costumer has to visit showroom after sale multiple time for collecting number plate, registration certificate etc.

4.       Haven’t received the insurance policy even after 1.5 month.

I will never recommend anyone for this showroom looking at the poor servicing.
