Toyota Glanza images leaked ahead of launch

Images of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno based Toyota Glanza have surfaced on the internet. To be launched in June 2019, the car
that’s been spotted here is a Toyota dealership and is a mid-level V variant.

The Glanza more or less retains the silhouette of the Baleno and in place of the Maruti Suzuki grille is a two-tier Toyota grille while at the back it’s a Toyota badge in the centre and the variant name on the right side. Toyota has already teased the right rear of the car and we can see that Toyota has used the same wheels as Maruti Suzuki. It is expected to make use of the same engines and underpinnings as the Baleno.

The Glanza will be Toyota’s entry into the premium B-segment where it will take on the likes of the Honda Jazz, Hyundai Elite i20, Volkswagen Polo and of course the Baleno itself.
