At the upcoming 2015 Geneva Motor Show, Dacia will be seen celebrating the 10th anniversary since its European re-launch in 2005. As a part of the celebrations the brand has announced a Geneva-bound special edition version of the Duster – a car sold under the Renault nameplate here in the Indian market. Besides this, Dacia will also showcase the special edition versions of the Sandero hatchback and the Logan MCV.
Ten years have passed since the Logan was launched in Europe in 2005, marking a new era for the Romanian brand Dacia, whose Renault-led rebirth proved to be the catalyst for quite a success across the continent.
To celebrate these ten years, Dacia has developed a series of special edition versions across its range, including the Duster, the Sandero and the Logan MCV. In the UK, this special edition will be called ‘Laureate Prime’. True to the brand’s ethos and image, these special edition vehicles will be decently equipped while remaining simple at heart, and will come in an exclusive metallic Cosmos Blue finish.
Further differentiating these special edition models will be a new multimedia and navigation package called MEDIA NAV Evolution. The special edition Duster will be available in both two and all-wheel drive configurations. Dacia has confirmed that prices and full details will be available later this year.
