Skoda has unveiled the new Fabia Monte Carlo at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. As Skoda has ruled out the performance focussed vRS version of the 2016 Fabia, the Fabia Monte Carlo is officially the coolest production hatchback in the Czech manufacturer’s line-up.
To set it apart from the standard car, Skoda has equipped the Fabia Monte Carlo with a full body kit. The black alloy wheels beautifully contrast with the gleaming red body of the car, bringing out a sporty character. It also gets a red and black trim for the interior and a three-spoke leather steering wheel.
Engine options for the new Fabia Monte Carlo have been carried over from the standard car. Sadly though, the Fabia Monte Carlo doesn’t get any mechanical upgrades over the standard car and it has to make do with the stock power figures. The Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo will also be available as an estate. Prices in the UK are expected to start at GBP 13,610 (Rs 12.92 lakh) for the hatchback and GBP 14,750 (Rs 14 lakh) for the estate.
