A group of next-generation Toyota Innova MPVs have been spotted on the roads of Indonesia ahead of their global debut on November 23. The cars, spotted during their loading on to a transport trailer indicating that deliveries to dealerships have begun.
The model spotted in the picture is a petrol powered top-of-the-line G variant which gets all the bells and whistles. It is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine which produces 137bhp and 183Nm of torque. It can be had with a five-speed manual or a six-speed AT.
The Innova is a very important car for the Japanese automaker in India as it is pretty much their cash cow when it comes to volumes and this new car is expected to continue its successful run. We expect a debut at the 2016 Auto Expo with a launch slated for the middle of next year.
