Hyundai Motor India has created a relief task force to support the flood-affected Hyundai customers in Assam. The company has stationed a dedicated emergency road service team to support customers in flood-affected areas in Assam with 15 flatbed trucks and 33 tow trucks for assistance, in case of any breakdown.
In order to ensure the availability of services, Hyundai has activated a toll-free number (0124- 4343937) for towing the vehicles. Additionally, insurance companies will also be supporting the customers by allocating surveyors for enhancing flood claim settlement. Hyundai is also offering special discounts on parts being offered on repairs/restorations of flood-affected vehicles along with 50 per-cent discount on depreciation for insurance claims. Hyundai Motor India Foundation has also handed over a cheque of Rs 1 crore to the Assam Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).
