My dream SUV but I need more safety options standard

A radar cruise is an option. My Infinity QX60 had it as a standard option. This is my dream SUV but now I realize that there should be more safety features as standard features like radar cruise control. For driving on US Highways it is a must-have. I like the TT (Twin Turbo). There is no turbo lag, push the gas and you will feel it. I had raced with Beemers a few times. Drive one with TT you will know what I am talking about. I am in the USA, I do not know whether the diesel models in India have a turbo option. Love it. No more cars for me this SUV is ultimate for on-road or off-road driving. Thanks!
