A Great Experience but Poor after sales support.

Buying experience was hassle free and the sales person assiste well. Riding experience is very good. It just give you the grip you need around the corners. I am very impressed with the looks it have. It looks stylish as compared to its rivals. Service and maintenance is very low as you need to get it serviced once in a year but servicing cost is too high. One of the huge Cons is that its Power Steering motors and systems are placed in the bottom of the vehicle. I drove the car in very shallow water filled on the road and its steering failed. My vehicle gets toed from there due to non working of power steering. Company told that whole power steering system has to be changed under insurance. I told them Ok and then they just went for replacement and the parts took almost more than a month to be replaced. And I was not having my car for more than a month. Very poor service of mercedes and I would rate zero rating if they would tell me to rate. After replacement I know one thing this SUV cannot go beyond water depth of 6 inch and it will be good if you buy an alternate car for monsoon season. Very bad experience from such a reputated Company. You must not buy it if you plan to drive it in rainy season. Also I want to add one more thing I drove my Duster in 24 inches of water depth and nothing happened to my vehicle and same is for Honda city also whoes ground clearance is very low and can cross a water depth more than a Mercedes SUV.
