Wagon-R LXi Duo

 

Exterior Great Brave look.. I feel itz much better than Bue-eyed latest wagonR. Maruti must consider resuming second gen wagonR with K-series engine.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good headroom( i'm 6 feet tall. itz d only small car dat suits me) n Front visibilty. BAck seats r bit congested with less leg room.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox A brilliant engine with good performance, underpowered when using A/c with lpg. Giving me mileage of about 13kmpl in lpg(without a/c) n 16 kmpl in petrol (without a/c). Gear Throws r disappointing.. itz d Biggest disappointment in Wagon-R.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Smooth Riding car but cornering sshould be improved. i feel 15" tyres as dat of Ritz would have been a good option. Handling is also good.

 

Final Words A must buy Small Car for middle class family. LPG will save your money if u do over 20,000km per year. i'm using this car for past 4 years n i dont have any engine or service problems.

 

Areas of improvement Improve gear box n reduce long throws. improve plastic quality. consider 15" tyres. Height adjustable seats should be considered as many short people r facing problems with visiblity.

 

Good Design, Mileage, Ground clearance, Head roomlack of power, braking at high speeds, large gear throws..
